  1. Hi there, We might have a sale for it in November of 2020, but that has not yet been decided. It's too early to tell for now. If not 2020, for sure 2021, as that would follow the same pattern as the IXEG going on its first sale.
  2. As we've done in the past, things that will truly break what didn't work will always continue to be patched. We have been testing add-ons in Vulkan. At this time no problems exist that we've seen.
  3. The installer will do it for you.

  5. I love your day worth of passion! Thanks for your patience.
  6. I'm sorry, what?
  7. You have not been specific enough to explain what problems you experience.
  8. Don't know what you're meaning by this. The installer does not change often.
  9. It'll be done as quickly as able and no sooner. Thanks for your patience!
  10. No. News usually means there's something to be told or shared other than what we've already said. Asking for it doesn't produce it any faster.
  11. I guess you'll just have to wait and see to solve this mystery!
  12. The issue on Mac has been identified. A fix will come in a near future update.
  13. Older copies are not archived on the server or available. While you'll get an answer to your ticket, this is the answer.
  14. We opened the beta to pretty much anyone willing to test. For version 1.1.10, 200 beta keys were issued. Of those I don't know how many volunteers were Mac. We definitely didn't slap this together with no testing though.
  15. Perhaps XPUIPC? The latest version is known to cause this behavior.
  16. @BobGramm @robder There is no official final word as to what's happening on Mac at this time (both in Discord or here) other than it is still being investigated. It's possible Catalina is at play with its new security requirements, but no final word yet.
  17. What you do on your computer is far different than DISTRIBUTION. Glad you're enjoying the update!
  18. What's easy to you is only in your mind. Our system is not coded to distribute separate OS installers. So no, it is not "easily" done. Given the developer of this product utilizes Linux and only codes on it, excluding that segment of the market is not the solution or an option. In the interim we have already submitted the file to Microsoft, and we are monitoring our support channels to explain the situation to anyone that asks.
  19. Would you appreciate that as a Linux user? False positive detections are common in the antivirus industry. They occur when a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus product. You can read more about this in a pretty good article here if you are concerned: https://www.pcworld.com/article/2883692/virustotal-tackles-false-positive-malware-detections-plaguing-antivirus-and-software-vendors.html We aren't responsible for every problem in the world over here. I think it's pretty clear this is squarely in Microsoft's court. The fact Windows Defender flagged an application that does not even run on their platform is grossly miscalculated on their part and is a problem they need to fix. Trying to make it out as us being the bad guys is the wrong way to look at it.
  20. I hope someone in this thread can help you with alternatives. I do not use it so I'm not privy to the options you have.
  21. Do not EVER do this. An installer is packaged per customer with specific information to identify distribution.
  22. You should read posts in the thread.
  23. You are using an outdated installer and that's the cause of the issue. You'll need to re-download and install from the newest one!
  24. Please read the thread. It's already been explained.
