The installer was changed about 6 hours ago for updating of some files. This is what I meant by out of date.

You seem to have downloaded the installer and then not ran it for a bit of time. By that time, the installer became out of date. Re-download the installer and try again.

This is a warning and irrelevant. You'll see it all over your log for custom scenery as well. Looking at the server logs, I can see successful authentication even on Level-2. This tells me you likely have one or two things happening: 1. You have some read/write permission issues on your X-Plane folder (did you maybe switch which drive it's on recently)? 2. You have a firewall blocking the successful license authentication.

As an update, if anyone would like to not manually install the above file, the installers have been updated. You can re-download the installer from your account and run the update again.

I understand your concerns about re-downloading everything, including the navdata. It might seem like a drastic step, however, based on our 16 years of experience, we’ve found that this approach often resolves many underlying issues effectively. I apologize if this solution seems inconvenient, but it is aimed at ensuring a smoother and more reliable operation of the software in the long run. We do not have plans to change this. The warning message that pops up is "need to", so yes, you must uninstall.

In preparation for upcoming feature enhancements to the X1000 including native synthetic vision and additional pages, as discussed on the X-Plane blog here, reworking of our internal G1000 state tracking logic has begun. For both this reason, and additionally to address numerous recurring stability issues, we have removed the custom synthetic vision system from the SR2X line.

Austin made some changes we worked with him on to correct this (the bug was with X-Plane, not IXEG). He may have pushed that in the last update.

At this moment, we do not have a concrete timeline for ARM support. I assure you we are working towards it. However, we want to ensure that when we do offer ARM support, it meets our standards of performance and stability. Regarding the Gizmo Beta Version, I understand it might seem like a viable interim solution, but currently, we are not supporting this for our products. We aim to provide updates and solutions that are thoroughly tested and officially supported to ensure the best user experience. I believe the issue is actually related more to FPS. Using multiple screens increases fill-rate, so that does jive. This then exposes the bug. We will not be able to have a near term fix for this, but we will have a longer term one. But yes, you're right. As of now, I've documented this issue with only four customers, so it is quite rare. Some of the other folks were actually able to "solve" the bug with fresh installs of X-Plane, but I believe what really happened there was the fresh X-Plane install had lower resolution settings entered, which then resulted in some better FPS. I'd also be curious to know if any of you have VSYNC on, and if so, what happens when it's not?

We respect your opinion and understand where you're coming from. The flight simulation community is diverse and people have strong feelings towards their preferred platforms. You do come off quite bias rather than basing your opinion on factual information (like actual IXEG or other product sales numbers, which we have plenty of data on). Both X-Plane and MSFS offer different experiences, and our internal data does indicate a positive trend for X-Plane 12. Let's focus on providing the best simulation experience for everyone, regardless of the platform they prefer.

Version 2.0 of TorqueSim SR22 Entegra is designed exclusively for X-Plane 12. Therefore, if you attempt to install it on X-Plane 11, the installer will automatically revert to the last compatible version for X-Plane 11, which is Version 1.4. This is intended behavior to ensure that you can continue using the product on X-Plane 11 without compatibility issues. To summarize: 1. You do not need to make an additional purchase. The installer is designed to provide you with the version of the aircraft that is compatible with the version of X-Plane you are using. 2. The issue is not related to the copying process from your old PC. A clean install of X-Plane 11 will yield the same result. 3. Version 2.0 is intended for X-Plane 12 users only. If you decide to upgrade to X-Plane 12 in the future, you will then be able to install and use Version 2.0 of TorqueSim SR22 Entegra.
