  1. Well, that's no fun, but glad you're able to get it to enjoy!

  3. Hi, there!, We'll be more than happy to assist you with this. If you can't manage to download the file now, please simply contact us when you're available to by going here: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php We'll get you back on track and set up with a renewed link without issue!
  4. Looks like Joe was able to order it today prior to your post, Markus. Not sure what he did, but maybe he can shed some light!
  5. Hey, Henry, You should definitely not be seeing the FPS issues you are with the aircraft. It really is a pretty "smooth" ride! The light switch is intentionally not there for taxi. There are a couple there that are placeholders for upgrades. This was based off a real aircraft selected, and it's an obvious way for Cessna to keep costs down to a customer, but allow for an easy upgrade should they want it. You'll notice a cutout section for the taxi light in the cowling for a taxi light, though no light there. You shouldn't have any issues with the strobes though. Please ensure you are treating them as manipulators and clicking, holding, and dragging (flipping) rather than just clicking on the switch!
  6. Hey, Joe, Unfortunately there's not much I can offer in assistance other than our discussion already had in Skype. This always comes down to a personal computer issue and not a store issue. As you can see, many people purchasing successfully already!
  7. Hi, Jacoba, The app extension is an actual application file, just like Safari, iChat, etc. The .dmg files are images, and are equivalent to things like a virtual CD in your drive. You should not be seeing the .app extension there. Normally OS X hides that, and that definitely may be a great place to start. Thanks for sharing that information! In the meantime, please see the response to your e-mail support request, and if you don't mind, I may pick your brain on this a little more as I continue to investigate and solve this issue so we can prevent it in the future.
  8. Hi, Jacoba, I trust your abilities with your own computer, and understand things can happen. We'll definitely make our best effort to get to the root cause of the issue you have experienced!
  9. Hi, Jacoba, Okay, I'll help you better sort this out. Can you please submit a ticket in the system here to further assist you?: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php Please be sure to include your order #! Thanks!
  10. Jacoba, Perhaps try a restart of the computer? I presume you are, but are you logged in as an admin? I have just double checked the installer on my Snow Leopard install, and also had a fellow developer run a Mac test earlier in the day. Aside from that, plenty of Mac customers so far! Which version of Snow Leopard are you running?
  11. The store states no activation. Validation of purchase is stated, and validation of purchase is checked. Given you haven't purchased any products from us otherwise, I can certainly see your confusion. The DRM restricts computer usage, this does not. Please feel free to carry on any further questions or concerns you may have through our contact form located here: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php
  12. Thanks for all the feedback, guys! It's always awesome to see people having fun.

  15. As shown in the post above mine here, the Cessna 152 has been released! All future postings should be posted in the support forum now located here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?board=101.0 Enjoy!
  16. We are packaging the final release now. Be on the lookout...VERY shortly!
  17. To add to this, given how old the topic is, we have kept our word and moved to the easier in-sim system. In case you haven't seen it, you can see a video of it in operation here: This was originally discussed as an "upcoming" feature in reply 12 of this thread. It's been released now since March. As long as you enjoy X-Plane yourself, that's all that matters.
  18. Hi, all, The Cessna 152 is nearing its release, and as such it's only proper to let everyone see some shots of what it looks like now! Enjoy!
  19. Hi, John, Any chance you can upload a log from the updated version XP?
  20. Hey, John, Any chance you can post your log.txt from X-Plane as an attachment here? Would like to try and help!
  21. Manny, Though I don't live in the bay area or take these shots, I did live in the valley or Northern California for quite a while and can tell straight away that majority of the above shots are in the south east side of the bay, more or less by the San Jose and Fremont areas. Not all of them, but quite a few of them.
  22. Those textures are superior on the 787. Must be because of the normal maps.
  23. It's not X-Plane.
  24. Hi, All, Just a few shots of the Cessna 152 in X-Plane as it stands now. Keep in mind this is still work in progress and some textures are still subject to change or are missing entirely. Regardless, we wanted to show some shots as we know people enjoy the updates when we have them! Enjoy!
