  1. Exactly as I said...it resets at each update. You are allotted your 3 per version. Going by your scenario and if it were how you expect it to be, you would be at 0 downloads remaining, but, because each update warrants a reset it only acts as if you have downloaded it ONE time. 3 minus 1 = 2.
  2. Not true. It resets at every update.

  4. ...and that condition is?
  5. Sounds like these two people are one in the same. Use email.
  6. Vincent, We do not have plans to further update this aircraft beyond bug maintenance.
  7. Please be mindful of resurrecting old threads.
  8. The very beginning of the video is all sounds from the actual product. No editing there. You're hearing the engine startup and GPU. Check this one out if you're into wanting to hear strictly sounds and no music...raw and real :
  9. In the event you haven't purchased the Saab 340A or seen the new video by Redpiper (thanks Dave!), please do take a look at the following new video released over the last week! Haven't purchased the Saab 340A yet? Click Here to See More Info!
  10. Hi there, Please see the replies that were provided to you via e-mail.
  11. Thanks for reporting back, and I'm happy to hear you're satisfied!
  12. The title of the post vs the video provided are what contradict.
  13. That doesn't look like SkyMaxx.
  14. Those settings look pretty okay to me. Let's just start with X-Plane's options and see what happens.
  15. My recommendations to start things out (you can increase or decrease as you please after seeing what this yields): 1. Number of objects = Two levels lower 2. World detail distance = Medium 3. Water = Low or medium setting...there's is NOT much noticeable difference in these settings, but complete really is heavy on resources for little gain (if any). 4. Change shadows to Overlay and then work your way up from there.
  16. You're almost assuredly running into some GPU fill issues here. Your object settings are crazy high, your airport detail is unnecessarily high, your shadow level doesn't help it, and your water reflection selection is a killer too. Topping this with more to load on your GPU is causing a choke. As for what each setting does...the manual in the plug-in folder will explain it all.
  17. You'll want to go here: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?showforum=121
  18. Not a problem at all.
  19. You'll need to use the forums for which you bought the product. These forums are related to the X-Aviation version, which uses a different activation method.
  20. I believe we have discovered the issue here. It's no fault of Ben's, but actually mine for pre-maturely including some files that may be contributing to this. My apologies...we'll be working on a fix as quick as possible!
  21. Apparently you don't have a clue as to what you're talking about. That file was approved more than two weeks ago...
  22. That would be wind. It's not a "problem". It's how X-Plane simulates it.
  23. Small one's that we don't deem entirely necessary to hold out for a full new update with. Something as small as the brake issue warranted such a hotfix. We will not be making a habit of issuing every little bug fix with this feature. It's important we keep consistency across users' platforms to streamline support issues, and ultimately these types of things become confusing for many users. 3D model changes are not a part of the hotfix system. Yes, this is possible. Things like this would also require object updates, so this is not a part of the hotfix setup.
  24. You'll need to apply it to each variant.
  25. Hi Joe, You have the right idea. Simply write us an email after purchase and we'll open up more slots.
