You are probably not running X-Plane in Rosetta as outlined to do above. Please make sure you are doing so.

Hey @Ch.Cole, Thanks for posting both of those. I'd say given the last log and lack of other plugins, this is clearly a bug. I appreciate you taking the time to do that! Given this is affecting your flights consistently, I think for now the only advice is to switch back to global Gizmo to spare yourself the frustration. You can achieve that by re-installing any product from their original installer.

Thanks for the info. Windows I assume for the OS? I haven't seen this particular issue in my Mac flight tests, but clearly something is amiss here since one of our devs is having the issue too. Any chance you can post your full log so I can try and cross reference commonalities?

Such a "basic" patch is not possible. It requires a bunch of re-write to even load due to the custom turbine engine model.

Okay, I was able to replicate this and a re-compiled installer is now available. You can re-download that and it should work.

Hi Jason, Are you running Mac or Windows? I did quite a bit of testing here before releasing, but on the Mac side. I may need to re-compile on Windows if this continues.

The installer maintains a branch for an X-Plane 11 install so that you'll still have access to the product, however, the version installed for X-Plane 11 is frozen at the last update released (1.2.0). From this update forward, all changes to the product will apply to X-Plane 12 only.

Evidently not intended or known to you now that you've spoken up, but it exists in the capacity to occur. I cannot speak for Windows, but OP is on Mac like myself, and I've written my share of support ticket responses to people to "give it some more time" instead of assuming it's frozen in the years of this job. It eventually gets out of the way. That said, 'normal' was probably a bad word choice now that I realize it's not universal. It's MY normal, as well as some others, but it's clear you're not affected by this for whatever reason to have known. Suppose we can chalk this up to a potential bug since it's clearly not intended! Bear in mind customers running Gizmo 22 will not see an animation at all. The log indicates use of that.

This is by design. If you want them in the actual panel, the original 3D files will be required for the aircraft from the developer, and you'd need to know your way around 3D software to integrate it. You're better off asking the aircraft developer if they'd be willing to integrate it. It is normal for X-Plane to go into a frozen pause state during the activation process as it fetches a license from the web, but It'll eventually load up. EDIT: I missed your comment about pasting potentially causing the freezing. That's a new one to me and I can't duplicate that. Initially I read it as you giving your steps and thinking the activation process stalled while grabbing your license.

This log suggests that there is no G5 installed into the aircraft. My guess is judging by your prior screenshot and this log, while the folders exist, the actual plugin does not and that you have some kind of anti virus that nuked the install. Is there actually a plugin in that win_x64 folder shown in your screenshot?

Hi there, So, a little bit of confusion here. Your log.txt showed you open the vFlyte Piper and the G5 was loaded there. For this Aerosphere one, I don't see a load. In your screenshot I see the folders for the G5, but is there actually a plugin in that win_x64 folder shown in your screenshot?

Please show a screenshot of your Plugins dropdown. The log file shows the plugin is loaded.

In X-Plane, under the Plugins menu bar option you should see the G5 listed. From there you can select popups. If you're for some reason unable to see that, please post your log.txt file from your X-Plane folder.
