  2. Taylor, I can't seem to duplicate this issue as widespread as it seems, which can be frustrating. I did just upload a new version on the server for you to try though. Perhaps it will solve the installer issue...go ahead and re-download 3.3.2 from your account and let me know how you go.
  3. You can certainly go to default at your leisure. Eventually SkyMaxx will be compatible.
  4. Dist is not an executable file. The installer is not compatible with Sierra.

  8. Don't do that. And, the forums are not a place for attempting to speed up ticket replies or deal with activation issues.

The above info is correct, but you'll probably want to use the regular installer to migrate over just to make sure the entire install goes over cleanly (there are more parts than just the aircraft folder). It will ask you to re-activate, but it will not burn one of your activations if it's on a machine which has already been activated before.

  11. There is absolutely ZERO support tickets in our system from you using the e-mail address you have used signed up to this forum, or even from the name of your X-Aviation account. If you would like to prove your multiple support tickets exist, please provide me with at least one of the support ticket numbers you would have received from an immediate auto-reply back. If you do not have record of such a ticket creation, then this would explain why you have received no response...because we don't have anything in our system to start with from you! It's not a matter of ignoring you at all. You may also directly e-mail support@x-aviation.com. This will contact the same system and auto create the support ticket number.

  14. As the new plugin is in beta, things are likely to still be broken. What you're experiencing is just that.
