    Believe it or not we post news when we have news. If you don't see news we don't have any.
  4. Wrong. There was less than 24 hours between e-mail #2 and #3, and just a little over 24 hours between e-mail #1 and #2. As I stated before, you sent three e-mails in three days. The text is quite clear, again, in saying "Please do not send multiple e-mails or this will delay our response to you!" Those are your own words. No one has said the words "annoying" or even "imbecile". You are making this up yourself. You have now been asked multiple times by Ben on which part of the words you did not understand. Each time you have come back with aggressive comments instead of feedback. That's the bottom line.

  8. If you receive this kind of a message it means that in previous time you forever de-authorized a machine and typed the word "FREEZE" to confirm the action of doing so. The machine is thus locked and no longer usable in the activation system.

  13. There seems to be some permission issues on your hard drive or the X-Plane folders at least. Several spots in your log point in that direction, including this one: TerraMaxx failed to write configuration settings. Do you have permissions to write files in the plugins folder? TerraMaxx failed to write configuration settings. Do you have permissions to write files in the plugins folder? You may want to double check your read and write permissions on this drive.

  19. Huh? [mention=213]jgregory[/mention] already answered that in the second post. There's no news on fixing something already fixed for the next update. Closing this topic to ensure people understand this as the last message. It does not seem to affect every user.
  20. Utilize the Gizmo garbage collector icon from the Gizmo menu to enter some values to your liking. Adjust until happy!

  24. I never stated I would see if I could send you DVDs as my main objective. I did state we don't sell or have them. There's a lot of misinformation in this topic, and I don't appreciate it at all. I was very attentive to you. I even spent a good hour with you on live chat diagnosing things with you. In the end I informed you I would be investigating a way to re-create the installer to download in even smaller chunks just for you. Nothing has changed since. Sending 7 emails is nonsense. Don't do that, please. You can air dirty laundry, and you can even be pissed, but if you do so, at least get your story straight and be honest about it. Sincerely Pissed, Cameron.
  25. Stop being stupid. There is no update needed for the Saab for this. Ben already showed you a topic on xEnviro where the creators of that add on have stated they have found why xEnviro is crashing like this and they will be issuing an update. This problem also occurs for many people in the IXEG aircraft. Consider yourself lucky if it's not happening to you.
