  1. I think this is a good approach. However, I find it strongly misaligns with the 60 day time-limited upgrade option, where users are being asked to upgrade in good faith/people are being pushed into FOMO. I would have gladly paid a little more for the upgrade to make the economics work and not have the time limit. (Or, if necessary, an early bird $15-20, but with a later option to upgrade for $25-35). This is purely anecdotal of course, but I have not once re-bought an add-on at full price/higher price that had a time-limited upgrade offer nor do I know anyone that has. Anyway, I've said my piece on this. That said, I'm personally very happy with my $15 purchase for the compatibility update and feel like you guys did a good job managing expectations for the update with a lot of patient explaining on here beforehand, and so I don't doubt good intentions for bringing more updates to the plane. I've had the MU-2 for close to 10 years, and the fact that I can still fly that plane today says a lot and does not apply to a lot of devs. At the same time, I am hoping for more for the IXEG. But I'm sure us users and you devs feel the same about that one.

  3. If it helps with diagnosis, I'm getting this overlap on an AMD GPU as well. No change whether Zink is enabled or disabled.
  4. Definitely very reasonable and dare I say surprising. I'm very happy to pay the update fee and ensure a future for the IXEG. Looking forward to Friday! (Side note: the one thing I do not understand are time-limited upgrade options. Despite the very consumer-friendly price, I find this very anti-consumer.) Just out of curiosity, and sorry if this has been stated elsewhere: are your intentions (not promises! I understand things can change) for these to be free updates for "upgraders"?

  8. Noticed the left inner nose gear door texture was fixed as well. This was really preventing my enjoyment of the aircraft

  11. First patch impression is pretty darn positive. I battered the FMC with re-routes, new destinations, wild STAR/RWYs changes while in flight and it was rock-solid. Ground handling in XP11 was good too. Thumbs up.   15. One suggestion: something along the lines of IXEG's throttle lever position UI (bottom right corner) would be a good option, I think. For those that dislike the immersion-breaking overlay, it could be turned off. It's not obtrusive at all and could sort of warn you once certain conditions apply.. (such as power at or below GND IDLE etc.)

  17. Jan, if it helps: the interface interaction issues are definitely not IXEG exclusive. It also seems to happen to various 3rd party complex aircraft (airliners mostly?) such as Flight Factor's add-ons.

  21. Hi, the long version: I suggest looking at the tutorials. They provide very valuable information. Specifically Tutorial Flight 3: They are found in your X-Aviation\IXEG 737 Classic\Documentation\5-Tutorials folder. The short version: - WX switch between the 2 CDUs (above throttle levers) to "ON". - On the center pedestal, the EFIS control panel's WX switch needs to be on. Currently only works on the left/Captain side EHSI.
  22. Auto will start squawking mode C/switch to ON/set the dataref to 2 when airborne (aka the landing gear struts extend).
