  1. can you share all the details you enter (aiports, route, procedures, perf data)? if we can reproduce or not it may help the developers to better understand what could be the differences. As much information they got from your issue more the chances you get your issue fixed. if you already posted the detail point us to it.
  2. Oh men this is weird. 2 things comes to my mind about this. 1. Do you have xplane failures enabled? 2. As per your log file you have a saitek plugin running. Do you use a saitek switch module? Saitek on its default configuration can mess with electricity buses and flip the horizon interfering complex payware electrical systems.
  3. to open/close the window just clic on the window manipulator, no need to drag. To open the window the cabin must not be pressurized. If you are starting the aircraft "ready to fly" the cabin will be pressurized ready for takeoff, but due to the time it takes to presurize if you load the aircraft and quickly clic the window it will open, but this is just trick. The important thing here is, cabin pressurized no window opening, cabin unpressurized you can manipulate the window. If you start the aircraft "ready to fly" but you want to open the window to ventilate the cockpit a bit or to listen the engines music during taxing, just go to the overhead panel (the big panel above your head), right down side (just above light switches strobe, anti collision, wing, etc) and toggle pressurization switch from FLT to GRD mode. Do not forget to set it back to FLT mode before takeoff. Hope this helps
  4. My throttle quadrant has no fuel cutoff levers, but two on/off switches instead. I have them working. Before i try to help you let me ask you a few questions to understand about the jetmax tqm module i do not know anything about it. do you use any jetmax proprietary app/plugin for xplane to recognize the hardware? how xplane see your fuelcutoff levers? buttons or axis? do you run flywithlua for real terra haze or any other purpose?
  5. Your MCP plugin should have a graphical interface or a text configurable files for you to define profiles for every aircraft and assign the buttons, switches, rotaries to its corresponding addons custom commands. Don't you have any manual, readme, guide with your plugin?
  6. The DDS is the file that reads xplane you do not have to open it. You have to download the ZIP files, unzip them and move the content to xplane/custom scenery. What worries me, you are receiving an error that "aguacaliente.zip" does not exist or not available. it could be an error on xaviation side. Or if they limit to 3 downloads as per they aircraft addons you may have exceded it. You always had this error? or you were able to download before and kept re-downloading because you were not able to figure it out how to install? Go to your account profile on xaviation, and check for your purchase if you still have downloads available?
  7. I presume you should have the latest one available which is 1.0.2 To double check, being on the cockpit move your mouse to the left of the screen until it tops and an IXEG screen menu will pop up, the screen title says the version. or You can clic IDENT softkey on the FMC
  8. I do not have any scenery purchased from xaviation, but reading the "installer" description asking for a folder to download, this is not an installer but a downloader. As i understand from the pictures you attached: 1. Xaviation provides you a downloader application with your purchase 2. You have tu run the application and select a TEMP folder of your liking where the application will download all content separated in a bunch of .zip files 3. Once you downloaded the content, unzip all files into the same TEMP folder and it should create several folders that you have to move into "/xplane 10/custom scenery/" launch xplane and you are ready to go. if you still have any issue, once you downloaded all your zip files and unzipped them into your temp folder, do some screen captures for me to see the structure it created before you move them into xplane hope this helps
  9. do you use a mouse or yoke? try increasing CWS slider on the aircraft preferences menu, if it is set too tight, any vibration or noise coming from your controller will disable LNAV or VNAV because you are regaining manual control while moving (non intensionally) your yoke control. Move the slider full to the right.
  10. Something is way wrong here. The T/D prediction is consistent, i did expect that because it doesn't account for winds forecast as of now. I have seen the arrival procedure RAVVN6 and the transition THHMP calls mandatory for 280 knts and FL250A. You are out of speed and altitude entering the procedure. I am wondering if this makes the fmc go wrong not able to handle properly this erroneous scenario? just speculating. You can try a higher altitude to compare? THHMP star procedure https://skyvector.com/files/tpp/1605/pdf/00804RAVNN.PDF
  11. Yes, trying the same route with no winds could be a good one to compare. I did not notice you also mention the aircraft got stuck at 9k. Usually this means you did not reset the MCP on time but you did. It could be a bug or something we did not see yet. Next time this happens please press DES button on the FMC to see what the altitude constrain active is
  12. To me, problem here is TAIL WIND. You are having 42 at t/d and up to 62 knots of tail wind during the descend THIS IS HUGE strong tail wind that pushes the aircraft forward making it unable to comply its descend profile (assumed no winds). The FMC keeps asking for DRAG to put the nose down. You have to apply speed braes promptly not to allow the fmc deviate from the vertical profile, you can start your descend sooner than t/d when you are anticipating tail winds. Ultimately IXEG is working to load and compute wind layers for accurate vnav predictions over windy conditions.
  13. yes in the pedestal, but to move the lever you need to release/hold the safety trigger simultaneously. Map any key of your liking to the saab custom command gust lock trigger, then while you keep pressing the key to hold the trigger open move the lever pulling it with the mouse. While the gust lock is in place, throttles will be also restricted to ground operation so you do not try to takeoff having the surfaces locked
  14. People this is wind moving the aircraft surfaces, unless they are locked for parking. It has been some time since my last saab flight, but if am correct, gust lock is modeled on this bird and you can lock the surfaces they will stop moving under wind while parked. Look at the pedestal there is a wind lock lever, but you need to pull&hold the gust lock trigger first to move the lever.
  15. You need to attach the log after the crash. If you reopen explane the log gets cleared
  16. This is about virtual avionics not ixeg. Virtual avionics (or someone else) has to provide you a software app/interface to program the MCP for interacting with different aircraft addons. For FSX/P3D they provide an interface called VAInterface. They have to port it for xplane when the platform is supported. Xplane was on their plan a few months ago, do not know if supported and to how much extent as of today.
  17. attaching your xplane log.txt file after the crash would be a good starting point. And yes photo scenery hits hard on resources.
  18. nice job captain
  19. you are the man. Thanks for looking at it!!!
  20. You have more than 100 errors and warnings on your log. You have plenty of plugins. Your xplane install is a bit crazy. My advise will be remove ALL plugins you have installed (except GIZMO), do a test flight to confirm your IXEG runs well and then add plugins back one by one to see which ones are causing trouble. As per your log file, major issues seems to come from: -DRT plugin -FJCC_FMC plugin -Xsaitekpanel (it seems you have no custom ini for the ixeg and trying to write on wrong variables)
  21. I am also trying to get my MCP PRO getting to work with the IXEG 737 using the POLLYPOT goflight for xplane. These are my findings 1. Documentation. A small mistake, the dataref "ixeg/733/MCP/mcp_vs_dial_ann" is not listed on the PDF but is required to display the current aircraft VS profile (the default xp will not work, i chased it down via datarefeditor). Works great. 2. As Slayer said, FDs & A/T switches provided custom commands are type "toggle", depending what your physical position on the mcp is upon starting up they may get desynchronized quickly. Trying to write the ixeg FDs & A/T corresponding "_act" datarefs crashes xplane after 2 or 3 flips always. An alternative could be ixeg providing more custom commands?? i.e. FD_L_ON / FD_L_OFF / FD_R_ON / FD_R_OFF and so on... 3. Vertical speed. Custom commands for VS_UP and VS_DOWN are not provided, trying to write its corresponding ixeg VS dataref will also crash the sim. So i am stuck here. Can you please consider providing missing custom commands for vs_up and vs_down?
  22. Manual means no A/P, you have to follow the FD bars by your own
  23. Arriving to KLAS. IXEG733
  24. when you open the aircraft menus on the left, or pressing IDENT on the FMC says 1.0 or 1.0.1? if 1.0 then you need to pull up the email from x-aviation it contains the instructions to install the HFIX
