Hey Guys, its me....again I bought a new Hard Drive for my Macbook Pro a couple of days ago, and replaced my old one with it today. I re-installed Mac OSX 10.6.7 and X-plane 9 from the CD's. After the installation finished, I downloaded the Updater for Mac, opened it, and located my X-Plane folder inside the Applications folder. I then clicked continue and the Updater told me its contacting www.x-plane.com to find a update server. That screen stays there and nothing happens, no matter how long I wait. I tried it with the "beta-box" checked and unchecked. Also, I have perfectly fine internet connection. Is anyone experiencing the same problem or are the servers down at Austin's website One off-topic question. I recently scratched my Disk 1 pretty badly because I moved my laptop while the CD was spinning. Do i have to buy a new copy of X-Plane or can i contact Austin and ask him to send me a new copy if I send him my scratched copy? Thanks, FlorianR
