Simmo W Posted October 8, 2010 Report Posted October 8, 2010 Thanks to the little birdie who must have seen me trying to re-register my falco (6 month renewal kept popping up), I kept forgetting to log a ticket as my password wasn't being recognised - but didn't have to, it's fixed now! Just busting for Norcal and Oahu, so here's some G2xpl shots, actually pretty disappointing for Oahu, not bad but not stellar either, fairly washed out.Too long between falco shots!Photoshops Smudge tool - cool, looks like I drew it: Quote

-TheoGregory Posted October 8, 2010 Report Posted October 8, 2010 Got sick and tired of Saab generics tonight, so took the Duchess up for my first full flight... ever. I haven't even updated to 1.1 yet 8).LOWS - LOWIJust a couple of pics I snapped. Quote
AnonymousUser68 Posted October 9, 2010 Report Posted October 9, 2010 The fact that you haven't taken the duchess up for a full flight yet amazes me. If I was texturing an aircraft to your and Goran standards nothing would get done because I would be busy "test flying". Good to Hear the saab is coming along. Quote
Simmo W Posted October 10, 2010 Report Posted October 10, 2010 Quote My good old H500 in MaltaPhMHey nice pic Phm. I assume that's from Damman's site? if so, what's the story with his last few releases, they haven't downloaded or worked correctly for me. is there a secret to it? Love his Corsica and Tenerife.Simon Quote
PhM Posted October 10, 2010 Report Posted October 10, 2010 Hi Simon, Quote ...I assume that's from Damman's site? Indeed it is. Quote if so, what's the story with his last few releases, they haven't downloaded or worked correctly for me. is there a secret to it?Well not that I know of, I downloaded the two 7z files, un7zipped them in my custom scenery folder and went flying. The ortho-photo file is quite big, make sure the download did not stop somewhere in the middle of it, mine is 624 798 146 bytes big.PhM Quote
AnonymousUser68 Posted October 11, 2010 Report Posted October 11, 2010 Looks good. Hows the development of the C185 coming. Quote

Simmo W Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 Well I can't fly it yet, until Greg Hofer sends me the keys (hurry please Daddy)Looks nice from the outside. Fantastic documentation:http://www.classicjetsims.com/CF-104/CF-104StartupGuide.htmland dealing with these stats: Max speed 1550 mph (Mach 2.35) at 40,000 feet, 915 mph (Mach 1.2) at sea level. Climb to 30,000 feet in 1.5 minutes.Hurry up Xaviation, give us a small fast bird (other than the Javelin, which of course I love).Even on the ground, a menacing, clean look. Quote
Ben Russell Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 take 1 ridiculously overpowered engine, add razor blades, then arm it to the teeth and give it an angry pilot trained to kill....... of course its gunna look mean standing still Quote
AnonymousUser68 Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 It would be an interesting job as test pilot. Quote
MaidenFan Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 I've been strongly considering that F-104 lately, but I was looking for a more modern fighter of that quality. When you fly it, let me know how you like it. I might get it after all. Quote
