VNAV Sensor Failure

updated to ver1.9 of cl650 and get VNAV sensor failure message. ECAS on MFD shows FDR fail in white. How do i clear it.

Put an altitude in the pre-selector.

That is what I thought it was and when iI put an altitude in takes the input but the FDR Fail on MDF does not go off.

This can happen when you attempt to reload a powered-on state between build versions. The FDR power control circuit gets reset to the off state. Then when the tri-axial accelerometer detects motion of the aircraft without the FDR being powered on, you get an FDR FAIL CAS message. This cannot happen in normal operations, as the FDR power circuit self-latches during right engine startup. The workaround is to simply momentarily poke the R engine START button on the overhead. That causes the FDR power circuit to turn on and latch, after which the message goes away.
