No,

That product is $100+ after you buy their plug-in and application to run it. Additionally, FTS does not run on Mac or Linux natively.

You can set an NDB as a waypoint when creating a flight plan. You cannot set the radios to an NDB.  I will not be changing this as the real world Columbia/Cessna/Garmin that this was modeled after does not have this feature.
