Hello friends! Thank you for the wonderful airplane model that you were able to make in X-plane 12. But could you please help me? I bought the IXEG 737 Classic model after February 6, 2022, and as mentioned in the news about this aircraft, users have the option to upgrade to the X-Plane 12 version. But I have not found a way to do this on the website. The email also did not arrive.

Thanks for the answer! But as far as I understand, this discount was extended to those who purchased the model on February 6, 2022 and earlier. But I purchased the model after February 7, 2022. And judging by the screenshot, the update conditions are different there. I've highlighted them in a blue frame.

The offer for the discounted upgrade was temporary and has long since expired.

If you did not receive a notification email, chances are that you have elected to not receive marketing emails from X-Aviation.

Sorry, I missed the significance of the date you mentioned. I'm not sure what the situation is. You should contact X-Aviation Support directly via their website (not this community forum).

I did so, but unfortunately the support team is not responding after 10 days, as I contacted them with this problem. That's why I wrote here hoping for help.

Are you saying that the opportunity to upgrade for free was limited in time?

To clarify, I would like to reiterate that since I purchased the model after February 7, 2022, according to the seller's terms, the user is entitled to a free upgrade to x-plane 12.

That is correct - if you purchased after the 6th of 2022 (the X-Plane 11 version) then the upgrade to the X-Plane 12 version should be free.

Pils is correct, though - you will have to go through the support of X-Aviation to clarify your situation, provide a proof of purchase probably and then wait until support answers.
Note that each new question you add to your support request will reset your position in the queue to the very end again. So impatient users that ask "hey, did you read my message?" every second day will never get an answer. Occasionally the person handling support requests also goes on vacation and does not work support during that time, so especially during vacation times it can take quite a while to get an answer.

Thanks! But, oddly enough, a repeated question in the support service only accelerated the response and solution of the problem.
