Captains,

This will serve as a formal forum announcement that we have released the version 2.1.0 update for the BN-2B Islander. All customers who have purchased the BN-2B Islander up till now have been sent an e-mail by X-Aviation with complete instructions on how to obtain your update. We have made this a very simple process! For those that purchase the BN-2B Islander from today forward, your purchased download will already be updated to version 2.1.0 for you.

What if I didn't get the update e-mail?

If you did not receive your update e-mail don't fret! X-Aviation has updated our system to allow all customers to update with ease, regardless of whether you received an e-mail for the update! Here's what to do:

1. Login to your X-Aviation account here: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/account_history.php

2. Find your original BN-2B Islander download and re-download the file. It will download as the latest version!

Thanks for the update, but your installer is not working correctly.

It states that the XPlane's actual location is required, then goes directly to asking for my email. When I enter the email address it states: "You need to specify a value".

I entered a non-working email address to protect the innocent.

Your Windows OS text settings are set too high and pushing the installer text below the screen.

I've been a Windows user since 1982 and I've never had to 'Adjust my OS Text settings'.

Please explain and give me a little guidance.

Thanks

You clearly have something that has changed, because your text setting shown there is not default. New monitor?

I don't use Windows. Perhaps someone who does knows the better route to the setting, but your text is enlarged higher than 100%. You need to look for text size settings in your OS.

Perhaps here:
