charraeus Posted January 4 Report Posted January 4 Today I downloaded the 1.5.2-installer and installed the Ixeg B737. On first start of the Ixeg I filled out the licensing form and got the reply "Your License has been updated". But after a restart of X-Plane and even after rebooting the pc I always get the licensing issue: Quote 0:03:06.118 G64: debug: IXEG: Level-2 check FAILED 0:03:06.118 G64: debug: IXEG: Killing critical functions, kill set [1] 0:03:06.119 G64: debug: IXEG: Killing critical functions, kill set [2] 0:03:06.119 G64: debug: IXEG: Level-1 PASS / Level-2 FAIL. License invalid I already tried a reinstall, removed all plugins but nothing seems to help. Can you help me please? Find attached the log.txt. Windows 11, X-Plane 12.0.8, IXEG 737 version 1.5.2 Thank you and best regards, Christian Log.txt Quote
Litjan Posted January 5 Report Posted January 5 The IXEG version 1.5.2 is not compatible with X-Plane 11. Quote

charraeus Posted January 5 Author Report Posted January 5 I did a fresh install because I moved to a new PC with X-Plane 12. Find the file dates in the attached screenshot. In the log.txt I can find the following version info: Quote 0:00:00.000 G64: core: Gizmo64 Script Engine v21.03.16.0101 Windows 0:00:00.000 G64: core: built: Mar 16 2021, 01:03:58 0:00:00.000 G64: core: X-P Folder:[D:/X-Plane 12/] 0:00:00.000 G64: core: Sim Langauge set to: us Loaded: D:\X-Plane 12/Resources/plugins/Gizmo64.plugin/win_x64/Gizmo64.plugin.xpl (gizmo.x-plugins.com). Litjan Posted January 6 Report Posted January 6 Ok, I know next to nothing about how the DRM part works or not, as in your case, maybe @Cameron has a quick idea? Otherwise I would encourage you to file an official support ticket with the X-Aviation store, where they handle the more technical problems of installation and DRM. Note that it can take a few days to get a reply, especially on the weekend. Sorry that you are having problems, Jan Quote
charraeus Posted January 6 Author Report Posted January 6 I have just started the IXEG again - now the license has been validated successfully and the plane is working :-) Whatever you have done one the server-side - thank's a lot. The only change I've made: I've installed the X-Aviation BN-2 Turbo Islander (which seems to use GIZMO as well). Best regards, Christian Quote
