Air stairs

Are there plans to add the built air stairs that normally were on the 737-300?

Yes....there are plans to do the air stairs.  The IXEG roadmap includes a new 3D exterior and when doing that, I'll put in the air stairs.  

Heads up...it'll probably be mid-fall 2024!  before that part of the roadmap is getting implemented.

I would debate "normally". They were an option but my impression is that they were the exception, rather than the rule.

New 3D exterior.  Does that mean a new paint kit as well.

Really wish for a white/blank livery in objects. Then an official paint kit not really necessary.

Yes it will, though we will probably continue to provide the one avail now in parallel.  So you'd have two ACF files...where the only difference will be the exterior objects.

I expect we'll paint up the same liveries we do now, in high rez form, but of course new ones will have to be created for other liveries.  This is probably annoying for "livery consumers" and great news for "livery painters"

Are you talking about external airstairs or the installed airstairs? Hopefully it can be a toggled feature similar to the winglets.

that would be the internal air stairs...much more fun.   I suppose external airstairs would be a good option too...hrm....yea, think I'll do both.  External would be pretty quick...yea,  I think I'll add "external stairs" to my near term todo list!     Not everyone has a jetway!
