Cameron Posted November 8, 2011 Report Posted November 8, 2011 Hi, Civvy,Welcome to X-Pilot!Can you please specify whether you are trying this with the version of X-Plane that came off of the X-Plane DVD, or with the latest updated version from the web?If you only just installed X-Plane directly from the DVDs, then you'll need to download the free updater and run it. You can obtain it here: http://x-plane.com/pg_downloads.html Quote
Civvy Posted November 9, 2011 Author Report Posted November 9, 2011 Thank-you! karingka Posted November 9, 2011 Report Posted November 9, 2011 The video card actually has quite a bit of memory, but the rest is, well quite under average. If you intend to get x-plane 10, you should consider an upgrade soon. Quote

Goran_M Posted November 9, 2011 Report Posted November 9, 2011 (edited) If your computer doesn't start sometimes, then you might have a serious problem with your OS. You may have to run a "repair" on it, or, as I prefer to do, do a clean format and reinstall of your OS. Edited November 9, 2011 by Goran_M Quote

tkyler Posted September 14, 2013 Report Posted September 14, 2013 I've heard similar descriptions when multiple instances of x-plane are running....I can't be sure though, this is a "back of my brain" weak memory response. TK 1 Quote
Nathan webb Posted September 14, 2013 Report Posted September 14, 2013 I have tried shutting down my computer and all sorts of stuff but it still wont work. I think it was after i downloaded a plugin ''Airport map'' i am not sure if it is because of this or not. -Nathan W Quote
