DVD in right door's net

Sometimes I discover a DVD in the right door's net, but nothing happens when I click on that.
And I haven’t really understood the system behind its appearance.
When does it appear and what can I do with that?

Hi, the "DVD" is the cover of the CAPS (Cirrus Airframe Parachute System). If you click to remove the cover it will be stored in the pocket you mentioned. If you remove the safety pin it will be stored in the center console below the armrest.

Whatever do you mean by "mystical?" Of course CAPS is real and a well advertised feature of the real plane.

Please calm yourself, Andreas. I mean the programming, not the CAPS itself.
That is, of course, a very good safety device!
And if you follow the checklist for training purposes, why not a cover in the net –

Because the CAPS system is actually something you can use and train with in sim.

A net cover? No.
