1. What does the Take off inhibit button do, if anything

2, Is it possible to add a course scroll to the Min altitude Knob so its dual Course fine, Using mouse wheel to go from 0 to 600 ft takes a while and a lot of the regional airports have minimums around 400 ft

I can move the altitude preset value approx. 7000 feet with one flip of my scroll wheel.  That sounds like more than enough.  For me, it does increment somewhat less with slower movement.  Maybe you can adjust the scroll on your mouse?

I think he's not talking about the ALT preset, but the minimums.
