Sean Harger Posted March 26, 2020 Report Posted March 26, 2020 (edited) I run X-Plane 11 with Steam on Mac OS 10.15.3 and after installing the G5 instruments my whole X-Plane cannot start. I get the following error message during plugin loading: X-Plane 11.41r1 quit unexpectedly. Even after uninstalling the plugin with the uninstaller, X-Plane would still not start. I had to reinstall X-Plane from a backup which took a while. I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem? Edited March 26, 2020 by Sean Harger Quote
Coop Posted March 26, 2020 Report Posted March 26, 2020 Please provide the log.txt file from when this happens, the file is in the X-Plane 11 main folder Quote
Sean Harger Posted March 26, 2020 Author Report Posted March 26, 2020 I included two logs after crashes: Log_afterinstall is the logs after starting X-Plane with the G5 instruments installed Log_afteruninstall is the logs after starting X-Plane after uninstalling the G5 instruments. Log_afterinstall.txt Log_afteruninstall.txt 1 Quote
Cameron Posted March 26, 2020 Report Posted March 26, 2020 Pinging @Ben Russell on this one. Shows a Gizmo crash. 1 Quote
Sean Harger Posted March 26, 2020 Author Report Posted March 26, 2020 (edited) I removed the Gizmo64 plugin from the plugins folder and that seems to resolve the issue post uninstall (I can't use the g5s but at least xplane works). Is that a dependency of your plugin? Edited March 26, 2020 by Sean Harger Quote
