lucas248 Posted February 9, 2019 Report Posted February 9, 2019 (edited) Hello everyone, I changed my hardware this week, but I couldn´t´update my license of TBM 900. When it asks for the login/password, it says the license was updated, but 5 seconds later the box appears again. Log.txt TBM900_Log.txt Edited February 9, 2019 by lucas248
Goran_M Posted February 10, 2019 Report Posted February 10, 2019 Did you enter your email address and password again? If so, does the box appear again?
lucas248 Posted February 10, 2019 Author Report Posted February 10, 2019 Yes, tried multiple of times. Even saying the license was updated, the box disappear and reappears after a few seconds. I also reinstalled TBM twice, unsuccessfully.
Goran_M Posted February 10, 2019 Report Posted February 10, 2019 Can you try moving X-Plane out of the Program Files folder and try again?
lucas248 Posted February 10, 2019 Author Report Posted February 10, 2019 It worked Moved it back and it´s okay. Thanks
Ben Russell Posted February 10, 2019 Report Posted February 10, 2019 Expect more problems in two weeks when the license wants to be rechecked. Move xplane out of program files folder permanently.
lucas248 Posted February 14, 2019 Author Report Posted February 14, 2019 Updated this afternoon (with X-plane folder on Documents) and the issue come back
Cameron Posted February 14, 2019 Report Posted February 14, 2019 Just like Ben said it would in his last post. You should listen to people if you're going to ask them for support.
lucas248 Posted February 14, 2019 Author Report Posted February 14, 2019 Like I said, I moved it back to outside Programs Files, it´s on Documents now.
lucas248 Posted February 14, 2019 Author Report Posted February 14, 2019 Tried a few times, and worked on desktop after I manually deleted gizmo folder and then run the TBM installer again. Thanks
