Steve Simpson Posted September 3, 2018 Report Posted September 3, 2018 Morning folks, Updated the saab to the new version and XP11 CTD while loading. Updated gizmo to the latest version and it now loads but there is a load script error and the plane loads with all doors opened and nothing it clickable on the screen. What's wrong. Thanks S Log.txt GizmoLog.txt Quote
Steve Simpson Posted September 3, 2018 Author Report Posted September 3, 2018 (edited) OK. Uninstalled Gizmo and saab and reinstalled and again CTD on loading. XP11 works perfect with all other stock and purchased aircraft. Log.txt GizmoLog.txt Edited September 3, 2018 by Steve Simpson Quote
Goran_M Posted September 3, 2018 Report Posted September 3, 2018 Can you delete/move the JarDesign Ground Handling plugin and test without it installed. Please post back if the problem persists. Quote
Ben Russell Posted September 3, 2018 Report Posted September 3, 2018 (edited) It could also be the projectfly plugin. D:\X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/projectFLY/ I'm starting to see bug reports where this is installed. Still collecting info... Not sure what's going on yet. This thread has been added to the bug tracker thread. Edited September 3, 2018 by Ben Russell Quote

Steve Simpson Posted September 3, 2018 Author Report Posted September 3, 2018 It would appear projectfly is the culprit. Looking for a workaround S Quote

Looking for a workaround S Signed up for ProjectFly myself to investigate further. Hopefully the issue will occur for me on my dev machine and I can figure out more about what's going on. Thanks for your patience. Quote
Ben Russell Posted September 3, 2018 Report Posted September 3, 2018 ProjectFly is producing an error on my local system. I might be able to make some sense of it in the near future... Quote

jumpjet Posted September 3, 2018 Report Posted September 3, 2018 (edited) I don't use their plugin. I use the XPUIPC plugin instead, and I have had no problems. EDIT: Found a link for you ............... https://forum.fsairlines.net/viewtopic.php?t=9287 Edit 2 - Link changed to a later version 2.0.5.9 BTW if you do use XPUIPC, once you have copied the plugin into XP11, open the XPUIPC.ini file in a text editor and change your local network IP address from 127.0.0.1 to your actual network IP. In my case that is :- [XPUIPC SETTINGS] Tune value = 00 Server Address = 192.168.1.3 Edited September 3, 2018 by jumpjet link updated 1 Quote

I've spent some time investigating this and have found that ProjectFly and their bridge plugin will work more reliably if you start the ProjectFly windows app AFTER you start X-Plane. I'll be contact their team when I have more information to share with them. Hope that helps for now. br. Quote
