Download reset V1.4

Hello Saab 340 Team,

I sent a download reset request a few min ago for Order under Austin Johnson for the Saab 340. I had some computer graphics card issues and and had to re-install windows. I finally found it was a power settings issue and that resolved the issue. When i reinstalled windows the saab installer i deleted it not thinking about it by accident.

Also, I was reading through the various forums and saw that there may be a V1.4 of the SAAB has this been released yet. I bought this aircraft off of X-Avaition.com. If so, i would love to download it.

Can you please reset my saab download. I cant get the support system to send back a email of my ticket number. i even tried to use my school email and it says it sent the request. I sent the request last week.

Update: I got the system to work, it would not respond to my aol mail so i am using gmail.

Nothing to reset.  Unlimited downloads should be available under the new system.
