[1.0.6] Update renders plane unflyable

I updated to 1.0.6 this morning, and since the update, the FMS has become unusable due to various Gizmo soft crashes.

For Ref: I use NG AIRAC 1607 - used it already yesterday with 1.0.5 without any issues

Number 1:

After takeoff, the TAKEOFF page should switch over to the CLB page. This switching triggers a soft crash (idem for selecting the CLB page manually):

After that, the CLB page is shown, but wiped blank:

Subsequently, LNAV does not sequence waypoints anymore. Trying to "up" the next WP by C&P via scratchpad triggers another soft crash, locking down the CDU for good:

Before this occurred, I tried exporting a debug output by the famous four dots. Entering them seemingly had no effect (no message on CDU shown), but I found a file IXEG_FMS_debug.txt in the aircraft's folder (cf attached files). However it seems to no longer follow the previous naming convention including an increasing index, helping to tell which output was which.

Hi,

the "4 dots" doesn´t work anymore, it never did reliably - instead the FMS will constantly update the IXEG_FMS_debug.txt in the aircraft root folder, supplying that should be sufficient.

After you get one "softcrash", nothing will work reliably anymore, so only report the first occurance, then reload the aircraft (or reboot gizmo).

We did some sweeping updates to the FMS logic, so I expect to see the occasional bug that our small team couldn´t find in time.

Thanks for reporting, this is helping us immensely to narrow down on the lingering problems and hopefully fix them very rapidly!

Having same issues, It doesnt seem to work at all after loading a SID and a STAR.

Only crashes ... it's a first with this 733. Can I get back to 1.0.5? Does the old hot fix still exist?

One thing I noticed 1.0.5,  if there was any route discontinuity the VNAV wouldn't engage and you would see  unable to crz altitude in the FMS. I don't know if that's how to 

real plane would react . I had made changes while in crusie on the FMS  and the VNAV disengage. The AP went into level change, holding altitude . Vnav would engage again one the route problem was fixed.  The other thing was the TOD was suppose to be SCOLE   @ 28k ( HYDRR1  to kPHX). This showed properly in the FMS and on the Nav display TOD was about 20 miles away . The TOD changed way out to SWOON for some reason. Then I hit pause and as reported in another post the sim crashed, but I think that was X-plane.  This posted reminded me of the above issues i meant to report.  I'll save the logs next time! I know it doesn't do your team much good for me to say what's going on.

This crash is a known issue......I had it fixed but didn't submit it to XA just before the hotfix went out.  It happens whenver the climb page is visible on the CDU and you have any restriction in the climb, be it flaps or otherwise...basically all the time.    We are desiring to get out an "emergency hotfix" asap.   time zone differences make this a bit inconvenient for some I know.  I'm really sorry, it was my fault for not submitting the fix from my local computer to the requisite servers.  Hopefuly we'll get this patched up fast.

I'm having the exact same issue as initially posted here after upgrading to 1.0.6. Sounds like you guys are working on it though which is great, you guys rock. My FMS log is attached, and the two routes I tried to fly this morning are below just in case you need more cases.

What I did:

- Upgraded/Hotfix 1.0.6
- Tried to startup and fly this route about 3-4 times, kept getting console window popups before upgrading Navigraph AIRAC 1604 to 1607: KSAN PEBLE6 SXC LAX DAG KEPEC3 KLAS. The pop ups happened after takeoff when I tried to activate autopilot and LNAV. 4th time it/LNAV worked after I upgraded to 1607, but there were still soft crashes, but I was able to complete the flight.

- Tried to fly this route: KLAS SHEAD9 KENNO DONNR SLMMR3 KSMF and right after takeoff got all kinds of crash windows after tried to activate the LNAV

Hope this is helpful in finding a fix. Let me know if I can provide anymore info guys.
