So did a complete erase of the SSD external drive that I keep XP12 on and then a complete clean install of XP12. I have just reinstalled the SR22 package and now both the standard and turbo configurations work. So, there must have been something, somewhere, that over time worked its way into the system that the turbo version didn't like. My thanks to everyone who spent time trying to figure out what the issue was. I really appreciate that you took the time.

FMS 1 on the PFD shows Hukem, the fms controller shows Hukem in pink. I didn't have the ppos showing as it was on another screen not recorded but on the COPILOT MFD showed me that Hukem was straight ahead. One of the tricks I have found going from PSP to SNA is that there is a coastal mountain range just before the approach. Going from Frets which is on the TEC route (Deway frets kayoh8) direct to Hukem takes me near the 5808 ft peak on the coastal range. If you look on the FMS is shows a 4.7 degree dive to Hukem which also gives me the "no vpath" warning. After analyzing my recent flights I realize that the most prudent method would be requesting direct SAGER (IAF). That takes me parallel to the coastal mountains and gives me a longer shot getting lined up on the approach. Doing this also takes me down the valley so I can get down to approach altitudes much easier. Not the shortest route but the most prudent. You may be correct on the false ILS and the 360 degree turns. The day I was flying, I was not on Pilotedge so I could mess around and see what happened. I was intercepting with about 80 degrees cut and as I got near SAGER it started a turn to the right instead of left toward the airport. I thought maybe it was going to take me into holding to line up but it just started a 360. I went around twice just because I wanted to see if it would give me a warning or some indication of what it was doing. I didn't see anything so I went to HDG mode and lined myself up then engaged the autopilot and all was well. If I approach final at greater than 30 degrees, will it turn short, go into a hold, or do nothing? Thanks for your thoughts.

Thank you @Pils I bought WebFMC to display the screen remotely, and I'm going to program the buttons with Mobiflight. Thanks for your help.

APU battery showed 0V, and next to it "BATT OFF"
Pils replied to RonMont's topic in Technical Support
Either it's disconnected, or it's flat. Make sure it's connected in the menu as such: If it's disconnected, connect it; if it's flat, connect the DC generator to start the APU, and the APU will charge the battery. -
Two options come to mind: (1) Build you own rendering based on CDU datarefs; or, (2) Use WebFMC in cockpit builder mode.

Hello ev eryone I want to build a CDU with physical button in my cockpit, and I need to export only the screen. What is the solution? This is the first prototype of the CDU front panel made of wood using laser cutting

APU battery showed 0V, and next to it "BATT OFF"

Hi @Pils I have the same problem, and I'm asking myself several questions: 1/ Why is the APU battery at zero? 2/ I didn't understand how to solve the problem. - Last week

I wanted to bind a joystick button to the GA button on the throttles, but it's a dataref - no bother, I can add a command to operate it. But in the process of looking for it, I noticed the autopilot disconnect button manipulator on the copilot yoke is mapped to a command that doesn't exist - xscenery/mu2b60/disconnect_servos. The button on the pilot yoke is mapped to sim/autopilot/servos_off_any and works fine!

Agreed with Torbinator. X-Plane 12.2.0 looks fantastic. Clouds / atmosphere and ground is really top notch! The IXEG 737 Baby continues being my favourite before Zibo 737. The FPS is just so great with the IXEG and i think everything works really great (VNAV works good for me aswell). I also got rid of my wierd sound problem in external views so i can enjoy the outside views also. If there is a wishlist i would like following points: 1: Cargo version. 2: working circuit brakers Go Team IXEG!

X-Plane is responsible for how that is rendering, not aircraft developers.

Take Command! Hot Start Challenger 650 v1.8 Update Released!
Cameron replied to Cameron's topic in Technical Support
There are no add-ons that give a truly accurate representation of what Laminar is drawing for weather. The API is not yet released, but will be in 12.3. Whatever you have seen up till this point is approximation. -
Take Command! Hot Start Challenger 650 v1.8 Update Released!

Olá, que tem a ver Laminar sobre o radar meteorológico se outros aviões funcionam bem ? -
No worries. It's okay to disagree. I wish more of us could do this. All the best.

I've also noted, that when "off', that caution light looks lit, compared with other aircraft I have. Until you look at it when it is really lit. Then it makes sense. Had me confused for a while.
-
I take note that you’re seeing something different from what we’re seeing. Your screenshots show it as orange, and both the developer and myself have confirmed that it’s not lit in those shots. I’m not sure what you’re seeing that makes you think otherwise, but it’s pretty clear in your screenshots that nothing is lit. We really value your long-standing relationship with us, but I’m not sure how to explain this any other way!
-
Okay. I give up. On my display, Nvidia 570ti, it is definitely red. I acknowledge your pic shows orange and assume this is a pic of the actual cockpit. So be it. I flew for 40 years and am familiar with a master caution. I won't waste any more time on this. I am a long term customer who has purchased many of your aircraft.

They are not the same color by design of the manufacturer. One is red, one is orange. Neither are illuminated in your screenshots.

CL650 - Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo Profiles

So, problem solved. I still had an old basic profile for the HCB and can now fully operate the Glareshield with it.- 36 replies

With respect compare it to the master warn light to its left.
-
It is not illuminated. It's a bright orange, but it's definitely not lit up there.
-
Actually it is a master caution light that is illuminated. The fact it is red in your c525 caught me off guard as usually they are amber.
-
It is above the airspeed indicator.
