  1. No? The G1000 in the C400 we have doesn't count? Yes, there is. Like their aircraft with the G1000 and various other glass displays. TBM 850 SR22 GTSX TURBO PA46T MALIBU JETPRO etc... I hope so! It sounds to me after discussions with various developers and Laminar that SASL has hit somewhat of a wall for forward movement on many of the necessary items glass displays need. The G1000 comes to mind.
  2. Good thing your computer screen doesn't reflect back much of what's in front of it. That's correct.
  3. Amazing how some people just can't and won't listen to advice. Do as you may, but this will, without doubt, screw things up down the road. You as well.
  4. Uh, what? This has absolutely zero to do with DRM. That works no matter where you put it, so better to not jump to conclusions. Those logos you mention, and the fact that you're in demo mode are clear indicators you are trying to open the 32-bit CRJ. Again, the folder you want to open is located in Aircraft/X-Aviation/Bombardier CRJ-200. If you moved this to your regional jet folder, move it back to X-Aviation.
  5. This sounds like you are opening the old 32-bit version. It also sounds like you moved the CRJ from the X-Aviation folder. DO NOT DO THIS. Now that that is out of the way, the CRJ you want to open is located: Aircraft/X-Aviation/Bombardier CRJ-200
  6. That's precisely what it means. 1.5.2 is the exact same as this update, except it is for 32-bit. If you want to stick with 32-bit, then stick with 1.5.2. There's no difference to the features.
  7. I wasn't implying you got it elsewhere. I'm implying that over time we could have made changes or improvements to the actual compiled installer code, and as such you should be safe and download a fresh version.
  8. As page 94 indicates in your manual, wing inspection lights are not operational. It's been that way since day one.
  9. Thanks for the compliments guys! And the same to the others who did the same! We all appreciate it.
  10. The log filling is an oversight. We'll fix it. Everyone has been pretty burnt out over the months with debugging, so thanks for your understanding.
  11. Ya, no idea. To be 100% sure for the future, I would advise you download the latest version from our server rather than what you have on hand. The update e-mail you received as well as the topic here clearly states in multiple places this is 64-bit only. 32-bit will no longer be supported. 1.5.2 contains the same fixes as 1.5.3, but lacks 64-bit support, so use that if you must stick to 32-bit.
  12. Are you 100% sure of this? If you go into your Aircraft/X-Aviation folder you do not see your 'BAe Jetstream 32' folder? This seems odd, and I have no answers for that. This has been tested extensively, and thus far no one else has reported any strange behavior like this.

  14. Thank you for the compliments, gents. Much appreciated!
  15. Connor, Your feelings appear to be motivated by what you want. Think about what you're saying, especially in your suggestions. For instance, the EMB-120 is 30 years old, and you want it so you suggest it, yet the Citation II is only roughly within 5 years of age of the EMB-120. The B1900 is even older than the EMB-120, and the technology within it is even less than that of the Citation you see being built here, yet you want that. That said, assuming from your suggestions that you are a turboprop fan, the Saab 340 currently in production should really suit your desires quite well. We cannot speak for other developers. Everyone has their own choices and reasons, but you also have to remember we're in this market as a job and do so full time. This means we need to stay in business to continue to produce products. You'll note that the creations here by Goran and Co. do not just end at the Citation II, but as well as big of a jet as a 747. These products are produced in parallel, but the more advanced you get, the more time one takes to do it right, which means a lack of time without cash flow to fund these long standing products. The Saab, for instance, has been in production for over three years, and the CRJ-200 by JRollon just the same. These are not quick to assemble. There's no such thing as 90% ARF (look it up if you don't know what that means) in the X-Plane world. We also take into account the demand in the market. We've now been at this long enough to know what sells and what does not. Some will sell more, some less, some the SAME for less work in terms of time spent. All of these factors are taken into consideration. It's not so much a matter of will, it's a matter of time, cash flow, and longevity as the creator. As a developer, you need all of these things to progress forward and create more down the line. Trust me, the Citation II will sell very well. In fact, right on par with your suggestions that will take much more time and effort to produce (and that's not to say they won't be produced). Just as you feel the EMB-120 and B1900 are still relevant in this day and age, so too is the Citation II, and that is why it is in development. Someday, sometime, someone will pick these projects up. X-Plane is growing, and so are we.
  16. Hi, folks, A small bug was discovered where the nearest airport list was showing incorrect elevation data. This has been fixed. There are two ways you can obtain this (we are still labeling this as 1.5.1): Option 1: You can download just the files that have changed. To do so: Open X-Plane and the Corvalis In your menu bar at top, select Plugins > Gizmo64 > Windows > HotFix You will be asked to enter in your HotFix ID. Copy and paste in the following: 9f34929970e15b8ae15c09c97511084f Click 'Update' Once it has downloaded and installed, click 'Reboot' and you'll be done! Option 2: You may re-download the entire installer as outlined in post #1 of this thread, as the original installer has now been updated with this fix!

    X-Plane 9 Crash

X-Plane 9 is 32-bit....that sentence doesn't make sense. Try deleting your prefs for X-Plane in the output folder and re-launch sim.
  19. I guess you should reconsider what you put in the public domain, and how you act in said domain. Welcome back (a month later). Don't do it again (nice editing skills, by the way). I hope that's clear enough.
