  1. C:\X-Plane 12/Aircraft/X-Aviation/Mitsubishi MU-2 Marquise v2/plugins/rsg_g500/win_x64/rsg_g500.xpl : Error Code = 126 : The specified module could not be found. You may find the resolution by doing this: Go to Microsoft’s website to get the latest Visual C++ Redistributable here. Scroll to the section for “Latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable version” Download the linked file labeled x64 (vc_redist.x64.exe) Run the installer Restart your computer
  2. @balaban65 what is your support ticket number so I can look into this? The only instance in which products would be removed from an account is if there was sharing discovered. We can certainly provide some clarity on your situation.
  3. Hi Matteo, Unfortunately, the developer of this product hasn't been around for some time, so it will remain limited to X-Plane 11. If anything changes we'll be sure to let people know.
  4. They are already there, yes.
  5. Because it has shrunk (and was publicly stated so quite a while ago).
  6. Still things to come, and you're right, X-Plane 12 is looking great!
  7. Yes, this is what we have been waiting for. Expect nothing until sometime after 12.3 is final. The radar itself does not warrant the deployment of an update.
  8. You will need to create a support ticket for this: https://support.x-aviation.com
  9. I appreciate you clarifying, but let’s be clear: wording like “abandoned” and “complete disregard” isn’t just “firm criticism.” It crosses into accusatory and inflammatory territory, which is why it came across as disrespectful. We welcome criticism, even strong criticism, when it’s specific, constructive, and avoids framing the team as intentionally neglectful or dismissive. There’s a meaningful difference between saying “I feel left in the dark and would like more communication” versus “this product has been abandoned and shows disregard for customers.” If you want your feedback to be heard and acted on, keep it focused on issues and expectations without personal digs. You’re free to be frustrated, but this forum will not become a place where negativity gets normalized under the banner of “honesty.” If the tone of future posts crosses into the same territory, we may need to step in through moderation.
  10. Hey @rkuhlmann, We get that you’re frustrated, but the way you’re choosing to express it isn’t constructive. Throwing around words like “abandoned” and “complete disregard” isn’t accurate, and it dismisses the very real work that has been ongoing behind the scenes. It pains even me to say it, but flight simulation development is measured in months and years, not days and weeks. The IXEG team has never stopped working on this project. Complex systems like a complete FMS rewrite or sound engine overhaul don’t happen overnight, and the narrative that nothing is being done simply isn’t true. If your goal is genuine discussion, then communicate respectfully. If your goal is just to vent or take shots, that doesn’t add value to this forum and won’t be tolerated here.
  11. Yes, there are plans to do so.
