  1. Expect nothing less in the cockpit. Still working on that part, and yes the suction gauge will be there! Here are a few shots of the exterior some things are still untextured, and the wings and wheel farings sill need details here and there.
  2. Looks like awesome fun! I would love to have one of these. I'ma start collecting my spare change now! http://www.woopy-fly.com/
  3. I like that.
  4. Thanks guys. Its in line behind two other aircraft at the moment; once those two are finished then shes back out of the hangar!
  5. No problem. I'm still working on bits of the fuselage and cockpit. The other day I went back and re mapped the fuselage over two maps instead of one. That makes panting all those rivets much easier. The cockpit has some animations started also. Ill Work on getting some new shots of the exterior soon; May is kind of a busy month. Stay tuned .
  6. Hmm now that you bring up the normal maps, I remember running into this when i was trying out normal maps on the Cessna panel. Its an pretty easy fix too.
  7. I thought they looked great on my computer. I played around with some of the screen shots in Photoshop the adjustments I added made them look worse. Its 100% better than X-Planes current stuff I cant wait to try it on my computer!
  8. Go Ola, looks great man!
  9. I was planing to ask this a while back. Hopefully it will help give an understanding of what people are using to run X-Plane theses days. My computer is about 5 years old. Here are the specs of my computer. AMD 64X2 Dual Core 4600+ 3Gigs of ram Nvidia 7900GS I get around 30-40fps with default settings at LOWI. What are you running?
  10. @ Jason: those are an an older style of fairings, I made the more modern wheel fairings also. I love the look of the older fairings for some reason. Also thanks for the picture offers guys, I have the plane well covered with photos. Ill remember your offers if something comes up!
  11. The flight model is currently being worked on the V speeds match up to the manuals and all. So far so good flys just how I remember. I'm glad you like it so far ;D .
  12. The best POH I have Is a 79 . Glad you like it!
  13. Its about time we had one of these for X-Plane. This was the first plane I ever flew and will be my first release. All of the modeling on the exterior is complete the nose gear just needs some tweaking. The cockpit is still a work in progress thats been taken on by another individual. This was the quickest plane I've built, just under 2 weeks in so far. Here are a few screens, the textures are still being worked with. The aerobatics and float version will be made later on down the road.
  14. Ha who needs a Land rover!

See Goran I'm not the only person who wants the AEW .
  16. LOL you win the x-pilot best post award!
  17. I don't know right now, I want it finished as much as you do. I started this thing a year and 2 months ago. I cant put a release date on it. Since the last screen shots I rebuilt pretty much the whole plane out of frustration. Some day.
  18. Turbo props for me! I'm not a jet turbine person. For me King Airs Twin Otters Starship2000 Piper Meridians/Jetprops Jet stream 41s and 32s Rockwell turboprops and Tom hooked me to the MU2. I want to get some real hours in King Airs some day I'm surprised no helicopters?! I love the Bell 426!
  19. I was browsing through Engadget and ran across another brilliant TED presentation. This time it featured Bing Maps. The video on the page is 8mins but well worth the watch; it just may creep you out! http://www.engadget.com/2010/02/16/photosynth-creator-walks-us-through-bing-maps-gives-us-a-taste/
  20. Woouh Ive been wanting a new twin otter for v9 and it looks like for v10 also! I'm surprised Goran isn't building it!
  21. Wow this looks like awesome fun, I love bush flying. I'm happy to see people highlighting bush flying in X-Plane!
