  1. You are a little baby!! Get a life. All of this fuss over you having to click a mouse button!!
  2. Thanks to everyone involved here on this update. I have gained back all of my HDR performance...over 20 fps gain with version 1.1. Nice!
  3. Uhhh...what the heck do you consider the original post in this thread then? Well that makes perfect sense now doesn't it. Wants a plane really bad, feels there's no updates and shouts that in an update thread, decides he's reluctant to buy because he's too excited. Annnnnyyyways.....keep up the awesome work, guys. I'm in!
  4. The DC-3 is not yet compatible with 64-bit. This has never moved. Sounds normal. Likely along the lines of what Cameron has already suggested to you. Cameron or anyone at X-Aviation isn't known to keep people hanging (probably best support I have experienced anywhere). If you're having to wait, be patient. I'm sure they'll get back to you!
  5. It's okay. A good VFR plane but not much to it. A prettied up default plane is what I akin it too since from a programming perspective there's nothing there. If you want vintage and you want to enjoy vintage, along with some programmed simulation I would easily recommend the DC-3 over the Chipmunk.
  6. I have all three of the products you listed, and the DC-3 is the cream of the crop in the list...that's my opinion, anyhow. The developers of the T28 really left a ton of people high and dry, and their primary programmer left the X-Plane scenery with broken promises which left a very sour taste in my mouth as well as others. It's very incomplete compared to what they said was coming in short order. Don't get me wrong, it has its ups, but being the dev cycle on it will not ever be brought up to what it should have been I would stick with LES. At least they support their products, and you can't go wrong with the DC-3!
  7. I didn't have to read it to know or assume it to be ridiculous. Xsimreviews did a piece, and there has been talk in other forums of your topic. Let's just say I found there to be pretty much not a single person who seems to find this type of post humorous. You know, this was discussed a LONG time ago in this thread. For starters, this topic doesn't represent or say "promise" to me anywhere for any version. What it does do is show a long standing thread from conception to release of an intended update. I too am an original adopter but I am in no way disappointed by the decision to bring this product "with the times". I'm actually really excited about it, and would have been rather ticked had it NOT been brought up to the 10 standard.
  8. I guess I don't understand why you don't understand. How any of this can be puzzling to you is odd. I only wish I had enough posts to see how ridiculous your vaporware topic reported on by xsimreviews was. It's pretty clear that this project for upgrade has been going on since before X-Plane 10 was even a thought, and it was promised as a free update, as well as labeled 1.5. There is no pre-requisite to follow the "Steven Winslow" way of things, is there? These guys can label it how they wish to! You are clearly making noise about almost nothing. Tom has been pretty open about the planned roadmap in time throughout this thread. Part of that roadmap includes an in-between hybrid of version 1 and a version 2. This equates to 1.5, with a 2.0 (as I understand it) to be practically an entire 3D overhaul. I thank the efforts of Tom, Ben, and Cameron here for all they have done. While some like Steven enjoy to complain, I am entirely grateful for your efforts to bring this bird to 64-bit, label it as 1.5 (who gives a hoot?), and give us a middle marker until you reach the end of the threshold (2.0). Great work!
  9. FJS? They have a ways to go yet even with their 727 being fun to fly. The systems pale in comparison to that of PMDG and (what looks like) IXEG though.
  10. Hahahaha! You got me there, and what a sigh of relief and laughter it is. Good one!
  11. Wow...horrible news! Will you maybe have someone else pick up this project or work on it at a later date? I have been waiting patiently and so long for this project. It's one of the nicest aircraft I have ever seen for X-Plane.
  12. Hi, I bought the J32 this week and really am enjoying it! Well done! I also am not having any issues with trim. For me she's tons of fun and flies like a dream!
  13. I concur. Familiar to the area and love what you guys have done! Credit card at the ready!!
  14. Say what you wish but my 727 contains a menu and button for the CIVA which does not work unless I purchase it. It is, for all intents and purposes, an add-on for this product.
