I select an area I want colored, usually with a multi-point line (curve) then fill the area. This leaves the rivets there. Them paint the areas that were left behind.

Density altitude. Also, weight. The plane was full. The pilot should have known to set it down early. He had lots of space to abort. And he was a commercial pilot. Official report- http://images.bimedia.net/documents/Plane+Crash+NTSB+Report.pdf
Very nice. Almost convincing me to upgrade to XP10! The only thing I would like to see is cost, but I understand you may not have decided on if yet. Also, can you use multiple texture packs, such as the vivid colors and the moonlight together?
Here you go. 1) Download to custom scenery 2) Open Overlay Editor, or WED 3) Click "Hold LIb" 4.1) Overlay editor- Insert desired runway number, move corners for size 4.2) WED- Draw .pol starting from the top left corner, clockwise around (four points) 5) Enjoy! Hold Library.zip
Yeah, I'm going to make 18 .pol files, or each runway designation. It will be v9 compatible. I should have it done by the end of the day. I will submit it to opensceneryX.
They aren't in WED, but I but you could make them with a .pol. Actually, new project. I'm going to make a set of them, for each possible runway designation(18) I'll post here when done.
Beautiful! Few questions- on the modernized Beaver, will the liveries be interchangeable between amphib, tundra, and wheeled? Will there be tip tanks installed?(vintage or modern) Really tempted to ask about eta, but that would only annoy you.
