  1. Exciting stuff! I've spent a few hours in the current Falco you've released and it's good stuff. I know next to nothing about designing virtual planes, but I do know all about workflow and creating re-usable processes for future tasks, so looking forward to the time when all these background work pays off in your plane simulations.
  2. Lots of nice gauges! I really appreciate the readability on the gauges of the new BK-117, makes most of the other aircraft I virtually fly hurt my eyes. Looking forward to the sharp 3d gauges on the 747-200!
  3. Great video! I especially like the American Airlines textures, good job on the bare metal, that looks tough to do.
  4. I think I'm going to head to the store and get another backup harddrive, my portable external all of the sudden doesn't feel so safe anymore. Sorry you had to go and repeat some of the hard work you've already done.
  5. looks good! looking forward to trying these textures out.
  6. Added this handy little tag to my Virtual Pilots Association signature!
  7. FE panel on the 747-100, looks close enough! http://www.airliners.net/photo/Iran-Air/Boeing-747-186B/0881174/L/&tbl=&photo_nr=10&sok=&sort=&prev_id=0881175&next_id=0881173
  8. SimOuthouse also has a dedicated X-Plane forum, though it's mainly met with bashing by loyal MSFSers. http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/forumdisplay.php?f=64
  9. Looking forward to flying some inter-island Hawaii flights too with Go! We don't really like them here for their underhanded business practices, but hey, it's a CRJ-200!
  10. Beyond stoked for this! Thanks for taking the time to share the video, definitely whets the appetite.
  11. Me too. Me too, guys!!! Remind me not to take you guys with me next time I go car shopping...
  12. my favorite book as a kid (many years ago) was a step-by-step picture book of a -200 being built. love that bird! good luck with the project.
  13. The lighting looks fantastic Javier!

    Project 3

Congratulations! Look forward to release date.
  15. Great job on the United livery! Not too many nice things to say about that particular company lately (in my own experience), but you sure did make the livery look really good!
  16. I'm really excited that you are revisiting the MU-2 cockpit. The plane is fantastic as it is, even more so that no one else has done an MU-2. That you are going to improve on it even more...
  17. As an MSFS crossover, had I found the org before I discovered x-pilot.com I'd still be using MSFS. The key to winning the org competition though would be to make your plane less, well, real. It's like that smart kid in class, nobody likes him! Keep up the fantastic tkyler, it keeps X-Plane worth flying.

    Project 3

Hi Goran, Sorry for the standard question, developers must get sick of it...do you plan on including a paintkit with it?
  19. I imagine it will only be a short period of time before every livery on that list is released!
  20. Scales of economy folks, the more products sold the narrower the profit margin can be compared to costs invested in the project. More products sold at smaller margins still equals recouping initial investment. But in a super-narrow niche market such as airplane addons, well, costs just to recoup are higher. I think the X-Plane market has not seen products equivalent to what you get when you purchase a PMDG product. If you do your job right, Javier, I think people will understand better the costs involved. Can't wait to see that custom FMC in action!
  21. Hi Javier, I know you include a paint kit in all your releases, but was wondering if you would be willing to comment on the liveries that will be included in the initial release of the CRJ-200? Second, will the CRJ-200 have normal maps (enabled as of X-Plane 9.40)?
  22. Whichever road you do decide to go down, I seriously doubt you'll be put into the same camp as Captain Sim with their blocks. I think that you've communicated your intention very well and clearly, that if you do do a "block" release, it's so that those who wish to add greater complexity can do so, and those who wish to have a more basic experience pay a price commensurate. The FMC screenshot looks good!
