  1. @Jaggo82 Thanks @mano Since nowadays all of these planes have autopilot, yes
  2. Update 20/11/2015 Another productive week Updated all the sounds (internal an external) and they sound amazing! Soon Ill upload a short hop showing the current status, but definitely getting there. Also, had a chance to work on the night textures. It's not 100% complete, but I'm satisfied with the result
  3. Just another small update since the Wunderbaum added: got some time again to re-bake some of the cockpit textures and add some goods here and there, like clock, blinds, thermometer, etc. Now the overall feeling in the cockpit starts to resemble to the real thing There are still lot to do before the release, but I'm on track to finish the plane before Christmas
  4. I just had some time to continue adding extra goodies to cockpit like clock, temp meter, suncovers, etc... and of course my "signature" Wunderbaum
  5. That's just... sad
  6. I know it's not that simple, but could be a good starting point, since this is the most realistic generated raindrops I ever seen Thanks for the papers! I had a quick look and now I know what you mean by "not that simple"
  7. Hi, I really miss a proper rain effect on windshield in X-Plane. There's something if you have a 2D cockpit, but most of the new planes comes with 3D cockpit and none of them so far has kind-of-a-real rain effect. It's tricky and/or resource heavy to calculate the raindrops. But since we can hack around OpenGL directly as a texture we might have a solution. This is done in WebGL: http://tympanus.net/Development/RainEffect/ Sadly I don't have time at the moment to pick this up and kick start the development but if somebody is interested, could be a good starting point If nobody picks up in the upcoming months, I might have time to do this when finished with the v1.0 of the Let L-410.
  8. Just found this, might be useful with x-httpd for simple home cockpit builders - like having the instruments on tablets/smartphones https://github.com/dmh2000/svg-ac-instruments Demo: http://www.geezer-x.com/panel.html
  9. Which exporter are you using? One by Marginal, or the one by der-On?
  10. Thank you
  11. Finally arrived at Gatwick (EGKK)
  12. Thank you!
  13. Hey, Which airport is this? If I'm not wrong we've seen this airport many times in the thread Thanks
  14. If you know the 410's specs you can guess by the numbers what's that @mano: thanks for the video! Although I hate planes with LCD panels instead of instruments in simulator, I really had thinking about building this version as well - once I finally finished this one...
  15. Thanks! Yea, I've already seen this video, let's hope the best for not stopping the production But as I heard they might only continue the Let L-420 - is that right? Or do they continue L-410 as well?
  16. Yes, I have some raw inside and outside footage, but I really appreciate if you find something high quality Thank you!
  17. Thanks It's EFVA: http://secure.simmarket.com/nextdstn-vaasa-efva-xp10.phtml
  18. Update 12/07/2015 Did a small footage about the startup procedure, taxi and takeoff. Showing how the annunciators works.
  19. Update 05/07/2015 Finally bought the annunciator panel! Took a while to connect all those lamps but worth the effort: now I have feedback of the systems what's working and what's not. Now I have the confidence to cross the ocean
  20. Thanks Currently the plane is at KMIA, waiting for an engineer to look at the engine: the ITT was way too high on the last trip Hope everything is ok, since I don't have the money to replace the engines. In worst case I'll fly as my mum taught: "Be safe, just fly low and slow..."
  21. Update 02/07/2015 Getting closer and closer Managed to add overhead panel switches which drives the basic systems which doesn't need any plugin-driven system. Watched takeoffs and landings for over 3 hours... fine tuned the flight and engine model, now it's really close to the real plane behaviour. All the handles are working on the middle console which doesn't need any plugin-driven system. Also, fine-tuned engine startup sequence. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I can finish all the manipulators in the cockpit and move back to the remaining texturing - like the side panels and the annunciator panel.
  22. Update 28/06/2015 Done some manipulators and engine-start logic, nothin' really interesting
  23. Flying around Caribbean
