  1. Definitely.
  2. Turn off any AI you have running. We're trying to figure out why this is happening with co-operation from Laminar.

  4. If many people are able to buy with this card, but you are not able to, I would say the problem is with your card or the card issuer.
  5. I'll need to take a look at your log.txt, and am I right in assuming you have a VR Headset?
  6. Not sure if you found a solution to this, but press the red button on the Audio panel. That will change it back to standard mode.
  7. They're doing their best to help you. Try to work WITH them. If it's happening to you, and not to them, then it's obviously something on your system causing the issue. That IS a possibility.
  8. Nothing has changed with the brakes in the last update. Check your key or hardware assignments. I've just tested this myself, and have no problems. The V key is used to apply the brakes.

  10. I wouldn't get your hopes up for that model. That has a lot of generic handles, levers and displays with the default FMC. You're pretty much getting what you pay for.
  11. Why are you doing things your own way? We're here to help. There was no reason to buy another copy of X-Plane. There is something going on in your add ons that is causing a conflict somewhere. Our job is to figure out what that is. Contact Steam and ask them to refund your 2nd purchase of X-Plane. If you also purchased a second copy of the TBM, you'll need to contact X-Aviation to get a refund. If you want to get this fixed, you'll need to work with us on this. Please do not try to diagnose this problem on your own. There is a procedure to all this. If you're interested in continuing to find a solution, let me know. I'll forward your log files to Saso, and get him to take a look also.
  12. The only reason I'm suspecting it's your scenery is because the scenery is the final entry in your log file and the TBM uses a terrain radar. If it reads a bad scenery tile or region, it has the potential to crash. An easy method to verify this is to do the same flight 1 or 2 more times over the same scenery. If it crashes both times, it's all but verified that the scenery is the problem.
  13. Looks like corrupted scenery at EHAM. Is your EHAM scenery 3rd party or default?
  14. Please turn on experimental flight model and test again. The updated flight model was made with the experimental flight model on.
  15. Assign a key or button to "Toggle Thrust Reverse". That will bring it back to the beta/taxi range.
  16. You don't have to give up just yet. Did you try removing all plugins?
  17. Activations are completely out of my control. I don't know what you've done, but you might want to go over the terms and conditions and check to see if you've done anything to result in a blocked Machine ID.
  18. I've had this happen 1 time to me, and I have not been able to recreate it. Without much to go on, it's difficult to nail down, but we'll keep an eye on it during the update testing.
  19. We'll get you going soon enough.
  20. Gizmolog.txt is also in the root folder.
  21. Sure, no problem. I've seen many people flying online. Nothing sinister suspected. From what I know, there are still some small niggling issues with cockpit sharing that are still to be straightened out. I'll forward this thread to Saso and ask for a more thorough response.
  22. Please post your log.txt file so I can get a clearer picture of what is going.
  23. Can you confirm the panel lights don't flicker when NOT sharing airframes?
  24. Darran, neither of us accused you of lying. Sometimes, people just make mistakes, and that was our position. If you look at it from our point of view, when comparing your image to ours, they look completely different. To be honest with you, I've never even heard of Air Manager, and had to ask Jim (JGregory) what you were even referring to. No one was telling you off or scolding you. We just simply deduced that the image you posted was not from our Saab. That's it. Perhaps if you mentioned in your original post that it was on the iPad and it was a photo taken from "Air Manager", we would have then said "Ok, it IS ours, but through some kind of 3rd party software." You are more than welcome to post any images you want to, but we ask that you do it with as much background information as possible so we can get to the root of the problem. We go through quite a lot of support, and we need to figure out what is going on as quickly as possible so we can get to the next person. Hopefully our position has been made clearer for you, and please don't feel intimidated or nervous about asking for help. But, as I said, as much background into what you are posting would be a lot easier on us. Awaiting your log files. Just a small edit. There are actually 2 payware Saab's available for X-Plane and at least 1 freeware version.
  25. Check if you have experimental flight model turned off.
