Hello Its no winglex Check out this post.
-
You either have to download the navigraph installer for IXEG. https://www.navigraph.com/FmsDataManualInstall.aspx If you using this, you have to unpack it and copy the "NavData" and "SidStar" folder to fmc_data. or using FMS Data Manager (I recommend that) Not sure if OP ment that he would use navdata from a other aircraft. That won't work very well as far as I know
-
Hello. When changing transition altitude during descent makes a strange behavior on the VNAV descent path. Just watch the video.
-
If your not using FMS Data Manager. Then the Navdata folder is: X-Plane 10\Aircraft\X-Aviation\IXEG 737 Classic\fmc_data. Guess you can just move out the files and folders in fmc_data (so you have backup of the shipped navdata) and then installed the navigraph navdata.

Hello Are you using Navigraph FMS Data Manager ? That should autodetect your IXEG installation. https://www.navigraph.com/fmsdatamanager.aspx

DIGITAL RADIO ALTITUDE AND DECISION HEIGHT Radio altitude appears in the lower right corner of the EADIs when RA is 2500 feet or less. When an altitude is selected on the EADI section of the EFIS control panel, DH and selected altitude appear above the RA indication. Descents below 1,000 feet AGL cause a round RA indicator to appear and a magenta pointer replaces the DH readout. When descending through selected DH, the indicator and DH pointer change to flashing yellow, then steady yellow as descent continues. The DH alert is reset when the DH reset switch on the EFIS control panel is pressed, RA increases to DH + 75 feet or zero RA at touchdown. Electrical power interruption causes DH default to 200 feet. source: http://air.felisnox.com/view.php?name=737.pdf

[1.0.3] Realistic refuel - Ground Services menu
Tom Stian replied to Tom Stian's topic in Bug Reports
I see now that this allready have been reported. http://forums.x-pilot.com/forums/topic/10017-ground-services-refuel-and-loadsheet/#comment-101754 But maybe you, Jan and Nils, had either APU or engines running when you tested this ? -
Hello I think I discovered a minor bug with realistic refuel from ground service menu. Instant is working ok. It won't refuel anything above 9.1 tons. In other words, only refueling wing tanks and not center tank. But if I start the APU or start the engines. Then it will refuel beyond the 9.1 tons. ^^
-
I want this airplane to be as realistic as possible, and I dont want you guys to tune or dumb it down when we talk about realism, but I prefer the "non-realistic" version for this. When doing flights that are 2-3 hours I think its more relaxing to have the sound from 1.0.2 As I said in my first post, its a personal preference for me. I tried with the default wind.wav sound that are shipped with x-plane. But I dont think it was that file that was used for 1.0.2 ? can it be \X-Plane 10\Aircraft\X-Aviation\IXEG 737 Classic\sounds\custom\B733 wind.WAV ? Anyway, I tried that file now and I think that was pretty close to what was in 1.0.2. Will do some more tests around this. Do you guys think its hard to please all of your customers ? Well. I think your team are doing a awesome job to achive that. Big Kudos for you all.
-
I belive the hotfix system do not change any files like sound's etc.. Its only changing code/scripts.
-
I had to make a new 1.0.3 video.. so please listen again now and my air condition volume is at max.
-
Ok, i had to make new videos that I compare this in cruise where you clearly hear the difference. I may be crazy about this, but I prefere the cleaner sound in version 1.0.2 1.0.2 1.0.3 (updated)
-
Hi Jan. Did a test now with 150kts headwind on ground. You can hear that there is some difference. I belive it is that difference I hear when I fly. This soundtest dont give a impression how it is when i fly, but you can atleast hear the change. 1.0.2 1.0.3
-
Good morning This is not really a bug, but more like a personal preference. Since I upgraded to 1.0.3 I noticed some change in sounds. Pre 1.0.3 I think the sounds where perfect. I dident notice anything "annoying" when cruising around. I belive it is this file that are in effect. X-Aviation\IXEG 737 Classic\sounds\alert\B733 wind.WAV Now I keep hearing this looping and abit annoying sound, and Im pretty sure it is that file im refering too I dont hear it when im on the ground, so it is the speed/wind that triggers it. So I hope there is a solution to revert this back to what is was pre 1.0.3. Correct me if im wrong. Did also commented this in the 1.0.3 hotfix release topic, but i think its more correct to post it here.

Hello. When XP 10.50 arrivies it will most likley use NOAA as source for downloading weather. For XP 10.45 the XP weather is only downloaded every 60 minutes. If that continues on XP 10.50, can/will you add a feature for RWC that can trigger that download more often. like every 10 or 15 min ? 60min as default is too rare when flying online at VATSIM or other online networks. If you can, I see no point of using NOAA plugin anymore. Or maybe it is some other plugin that can download XP default weather more often.

IXEG 737 Classic v1.0.3 Has Been Released!
Tom Stian replied to Cameron's topic in General Discussion
It is the X-Aviation\IXEG 737 Classic\sounds\alert\B733 wind.WAV I hear. I agree that is not wind i hear, but its triggered as wind sound. So I hope there is a solution to revert this back to what is was pre 1.0.3. -

Hi. Its not from the engines. Its the wind. You dont hear the sound when you are on the ground (or atleast i dont). Just open the file and listen. And check if it is the sound your hear ^^ -

Hello. Playing around with FIX'es on the FMC And it is a great chance that this is a user error and not a bug But when entering a radial followed by a distance. Should the radial also only draw that distance ? As you can see on the picture the radial distance is "infinity".

[1.03] Auto brake disarm light and reserve fuel warning.
Tom Stian replied to Tom Stian's topic in Bug Reports
The button I use for braking is mapped to "sim/flight controls/brakes regular" -
Hello. The aircraft is getting better and better for every hotfix. But got some issues. I refering to this post: http://forums.x-pilot.com/forums/topic/9336-some-minor-bugs/#comment-98447 I still dont get Auto Brake disarm light when applying manual braking after landing. But Ive been thinking on it, and maybe the reason is that I have assigned a button for the braking ? and not using an axis. Maybe the disarm light isent triggered when using button for braking? I currently don't use pedals. And. Not sure if this is model yet, but I dont get a warning when I get below the reserve fuel programmed in my FMC.

I have been on the "approach ref" page for the last 15-20 min now. And for me both gross wt and vref is updating. The second FMC was on "CRZ" page.
-
Im on 1.03 also, and the Gross Weight and VRef values looks that they are updating correcly for me as said in the patch notes.
