Cos I am suffering with terrible stutters, apparently the update will fix it? .. I think I read somewhere lol.

Any news on when Gizmo will be updated, anyone heard anything?.

I give up for now.. I put download real world weather on and back to square 1 again.. I cant see anything out of the ordinary on msi afterburner and on plugin admin so I don't know what the problem is. I think I'll wait till the Latest Gizmo is out and future updates.. Interesting...This seems to have totally eliminated the stutter issue I was having :O ..

I've clicked Tune for max fps on the Gizmo setting popout thing and the stutters have gone to almost unnoticeable. So this is good!... So my stutters the result of Gizmo memory cleaning then, I'll be looking forward to the new version of Gizmo then. It seems to have mellowed out a bit but it is a little annoying.

Hi again. I've still got stuttering. I have scoured windows defender and allowed XP12 through the firewall.. Windows defender is switched off. I have a feeling Gizmo is giving me trouble for some reason, Not saying it is the problem but wondering if there is a route issue that Gizmo doesn't like, maybe I overlooked something. It's very strange as it appears no one else seems to have this problem?.. I tend to end up with ridiculous issues and it's usually with cars but it seems to have transferred over to the virtual world now lol. Vide below shows what's happening, note how after it speeds up then returns to normal. Not how I intend to fly the plane either just for demonstration of the issue I'm getting lol

I will have a look into that Jan .. it happens as soon as I load in, I haven't even been able to do a flight yet :(. Runs smooth for a few minutes then starts jerking then speeds up really fast then smooth again.. default /other aircraft fine. I have no other add-ons or plugins.

Is anyone else getting intermittent stuttering?.

I appear to be getting some horrendous intermittent stuttering, even if I switch to a different plane but if I start with a different plane everything is fine until I switch to the 737? O.O.. I have a feeling it's GIZMO but I dunno. I have no other plugins or any addons. Anyone else encountered this, It's really severe.

At the end of the day, you have to look at it like a business and not a charity, mate. If yall can't grasp the idea of this then there is something wrong with everyone whinging about it.. It makes sense to me to honour the free upgrade to someone who has just recently spent $85 on a product to then have to again pay to upgrade it.. If you cant save £15 in the space of 2 or 3 etc years to upgrade then I don't know what to tell ya lol. A loyal customer like my self will happily pay to upgrade, you know, to support the developers. Jesus can we please just stop with it now cos im already in a bad mood, come home and read a bunch of schoolkids crying about a 10ner...

My best advice, don't wait the 60 days to find out xD..

Wow, I'll bet they got a bit of a shock!. D: . I wondered if there was something like that on the NGs, Definitely not on the F28 or 737-200s though, I wouldn't have thought. Either way It doesn't matter lol. It was a video I watched explaining about hot starts, and he mentioned that motoring the engine would cool it down quicker, which makes sense. I thought I'd take the liberty and try it in sim :D.

Just done a flight in XP-11.. I tried several different planes on xp and msfs, dumping fuel into the engines early and IXEG is the only one that got a hot start and then what really impressed me was when motoring the engine the EGTs cool down faster as I would expect. Not really one for nit picking like that but it was really just out of curiosity lol. I really can't wait to have a blast in the XP-12 version. IXEG is really the only plane that, after flying others, I get back into it and think... Wow. I like to spend a few moments hand flying her and manual Landings are a treat. 737-300 is one of my faves, fat little nugget with its cute little squashed engines and lol.

Okay I think I'm going back to X-plane.. I will at some point get a bigger SSD to accommodate more sims but I just miss IXEG 737 and others too much, I'm so glad this is nearing completion!. I don't have any qualms with paying $15 to upgrade at all. I have to wait maybe a couple of months anyway to get the funding (If I can help it.... Probably not :D) .. If it's available before then I think I'll go hungry for a month ;P hahaha.

Hmmm Actually.. She flies so well in XP-11 I still might drag her through a few years.. Out of all the add-ons I have this one is one of my faves. Flying to Manchester :D.

Looks like my migration to XP-12 may be sooner then xD.. Excuse to build a new rig lol.

Quuuuick question. Does this mean there will be no more updates for xp11?... Just that I'll be using XP11 for a bit longer as i cant justify switching atm.. unless all focus on all mi fav addons shifts to xp12.. be forced to then lol.

I would love cargo version.. I wonder if it is still in the pipeline.

And I would have to say that the 3D sound engine is excellent in the aircraft, very immersive. But you know, a second polish will always look better than the first. After one hour of flying you begin to hear the loop So that's why I am excited for the FMOD update as for everything else I have used with FMOD is flawless. I am not bashing the product though, I like to think I'm talking up to it and I am Excited in the development of it and very patient as well. So yeah I just feel like that post above is a bit of a cynical reaction to ones excitement in the development of such a great addon .. you know.. Sorry. Any update is a good update no matter how small it is.

To me I am captivated and immersed as soon as I load this plane up. I much rather realistic systems and flight dynamics over eye candy any day and this delivers. I have done loads of flights in it having only had one problem the other day flying into LOWI, I had to go around and all of a sudden the flaps appeared to not work, the lever wouldnt move but they visually moved, still I couldn't get to approach speed without stalling :/ .. Other than that this is my go to plane. There are, I'm sure some things that need to be ironed out system and navigational equipment wise (FMC) but I can wait for that.. Really would love to hear some FMOD sounds in this bird as well. Just tested the auto land and it works a treat I love it when stuff works.. I usually land manually but It's nice to know that in an occasion where visibility is horrible, I feel I can trust this bird to get me down safely.

I really do like this plane. Although it is a bit rough round the edges at the moment compared to the likes of other addon aircraft, I can't help but want to fly it. I think you will agree that it looks cool and pulls off that nostalgic dial immersive feeling what all us steam gauge nutters strive for in a flight sim environment.

Yes!... I think this will add greatly to the experience, adding FMOD sounds. I'm sat in ZIBO mod and the sounds are really nice.. I can't imagine the amount of immersion that would be added to the IXEG plane with FMOD.. I don't care about opening doors that can wait if the sounds come before the opening doors I'll be a happy man.. Even if theey come with opening doors (To show im not selfish).. :P. and if that happens sometime before next year that would be amazing.. I really don't know how long above said will take.. I do know it takes a long time though.
