  1. Really really cool to read this! So excited!
  2. Who cares about doors... I cant even see them from inside the cockpit, where I belong ^^ .... my crew has to handle this stuff, as far as you modeled the bulletproof cockpit door the angry mob cant get me, if they cant get off the plane...? "Initial purchase initiated" ^^
  3. Ahh there we go.. thank you! Really cool feature!
  4. Good to see! With the JarDesign A320 I loose several FPS in 3D Cockpit Mode... hope to see better results on the IXEG
  5. Just help me out, can you post an image what the difference is exactly. You don't mean the NG cockpit right?
  6. Ahh this is interesting! So, anyway... Ivao and Vatsim is developing a Client.. and they leave out the functionality even if theres no Limitation by Xplane..? I dont get that... it would be so cool to see these features...
  7. Hi, its me again I have another question, and as far the aircraft ist still under developement, maybe you can take care of it if you're not already did. I do fly currently most of the time the JarDesign A320, maybe you know this one. The "big" problem is, you do not get a comfortable seat position for your view. If you are getting your "head" as far back as possible without penetrating the headrest you have the feeling like beeing taped to the windshield. So you have to get inside the headrest or above or right next to it, to get a flyable position. But then you have the problem while moving your head that you see the corners of the headrest you are resting in, so you cant control some things in the middle console or anywhere else, you get what I mean? I know that this particular problem differs depending on the screen size (resolution) every single user is running at home, but would it be anyway possible to put the seats in default very far into the back, that everyone has enough space to adjust his/her perfect angle of view? Let me know if you experienced the same and what you think about it. Greetings / Grüße Steffen
  8. ...hmmm a A320 in the same quality like the 737 here.. would be great even if its not your favourite airliner But there are still many many other cool Boeing aircrafts missing in xplane so far, lets first get this 737 on the runway. And have a break!
  9. Sooo jealous you have this already flying through your skies Maybe there's a small Winglet Present placed under my christmas tree )
  10. I paid something about 900-1000€ back then. Without the monitor, if you plan to get a Apple Display try to get a used one. I choose the "old" cinema display because of the non thunderbolt connection. I just put the system together for you with the today prices: still about 900€ the i7 got more expensive, but the rest got cheaper.. so this was just on one site, so you maybe found cheaper parts all over the internet...
  11. Hey there, I need to ask now. For my personal peace. Just for you to understand the reason why, here's short flashback on my "Flight Simulator Career". - > Started exploring the possibilities of online flying back in 2001 on the former existing online network 'Flight Project International - FPI' maybe someone still knows it. Back then I was able to see the development of the old squawkbox into something newer, better - more realistic. It was a new Client for online flying but I sadly have no idea anymore what it was called. But nevertheless its features were: Accurate Multiplayer Models on which you could see the flaps extending, lights switched on and off, gear up/down. So far pretty cool! And now, 24 Years later... we do have XSquawkbox and the XIvap client using the russian CSL Libraries - simple, plane objects with some colour - no features beyond lights (and even there only position and beacon). So here we are at my core question: I guess everyone knows games like "Crysis 3, Farcry 4, The Division etc.", and YES I know the software departements (VATSIM, IVAO) are working for free BUT is there really no chance of implementing better AI (Multiplayer) Aircrafts than the CSL ones? Is there any technical problem behind I do not know? Because I cant even read anyone saying: "Okay guys, the new software is under developement just stayed tuned for some time and we go into the 21th Century based on PC Performance!" Dont get me wrong but I just cant understand why we are still flying like 24 years back - except we are using finally a 64bit Xplane (Whats really really cool ) Thanks for reading and hopefully replying! Steffen
  12. Hi, so cool to hear! Thanks you very much.. this is what I hoped to see 5 Stars!
  13. Hello everyone, I just wondered if there going to be a winglet Version at the start, or if there're any plans for? Thank you! Grüße Steffen
  14. I'm right now running this specs: - Core i7 4770k 3,5Ghz - 8GB Ram (To be upgraded to 16 in the near future UHD Mesh needs it) - AMD R290X 8GB VRAM - 512SSD - 27" Cinema Display 2560x1440p I'm totally happy with my R290X and with the 8GB of VRAM it has, you never suffer any sort of stuttering even with UHD Mesh everywhere! And you get this card right now for only 330Euros... in my opinion its worth the money compared to the extrem expensive 980ti (700-800 Euros) And here is my Graphic Setup in Xplane with which I get about 30FPS over heavy crowded places (EDDF etc.) and way up to 80FPS (GCLA Photoreal Scenery) https://www.dropbox.com/s/zbzzh540cae3v1e/xplane%20settings.jpg?dl=0
