  1. Hi Paul, It appears you aren't signed into Gizmo with your X-Aviation credentials. Sometimes the login window can be hidden on a secondary monitor, if you unplug all but your primary monitor, you should see the X-Aviation sign-in dialog.
  2. Yes, but also you can still easily outpace any computer hardware if you push XP11 settings to the max along with high-end addons. I can take a look if you can provide: log.txt from a flight with the SR22 Attach the contents of X-Plane 11/Output/SR22 (or /SR20 for the SR20s). Probably best to attatch as a zip file. Video of what you are experiencing Screenshot of your X-Plane rendering settings
  3. Hi, It looks like the aircraft isn't able to download the license validation file from our servers, can you verify your internet connection?
  4. Hi Thomas, We don't currently have any plans to bring the G1000 variant to Linux.
  5. All of our commands and datarefs start with afm/sr/. For Datarefs, they are exposed to the DatarefEditor plugin if you have that. For commands, they should all be browsable when the aircraft is loaded through the standard joystick/keyboard setting interface.
  6. There are a few manual steps on X-Plane aircraft that were originally authored to have mechanical HSIs, see the Configure Aircraft Autopilot section here https://help.realsimgear.com/en/articles/3737083-setup-for-the-realsimgear-g5, specifically, make sure the checkbox is ticked for 'Auto adjust CDI to GPS DTK' in the instruments section.
  7. There was an update a while back with important and necessary fixes. Redownload the G5 v2 and it should then be fixed
  8. 0° pitch does not equate to 0 vertical speed. Pitch at cruise can vary based on a wide variety of conditions.
  9. The horizon offset is something that can differ per-aircraft. We show what we get from X-Plane currently, but we have it logged [T-457] in our system to look into adding an offset criteria to add in the g5.cfg file in the future.
  10. There isn't 3D integration for the Duchess, so the G5 would need to be used only as 2D popups or on RSG Hardware. If somehow the g5 configuration file got misconfigured to try to draw on the 3D cockpit, you can remove the existing g5.cfg file in the Duchess folder and it will generate a new file with the default settings to allow for 2D popup use.
  11. That is definitely not a feature of the aircraft, most likely either an external plugin is messing with something, framerate is much too low, or something going on with the joystick/yoke.
  12. Hi Rick, The X-Plane GNSs load the X-Plane 11 navigation database, we don't have our own database loading, it all goes through X-Plane. Navigraph should install the X-Plane 11 data into the X-Plane 11/Custom Data folder. Note, this is a separate database from the X-Plane 10 "GNS 530/GNS 430" nav database, which isn't used by the X-Plane GNSs in X-Plane 11.
  13. I don't think this is something that can easily be done as a text file, you'd need to get the Slant A obj file imported into either AC3D or Blender, and add the missing objects there.
  14. Hi R, Is the RSG yoke moving with pitch trim, just at a different rate, or not at all?
  15. There would be two ways of going about this, both require manual object editing. The C172 Cockpit object would need to be either modified from -> use the Slant Alpha mod as a base, and manually add in the G5 screen space + G5 manipulators, or start with the G5 C172 cockpit and add in the slant alpha manipulators.
  16. We hope to get it into the next public beta of the 1.1.0 Entegra update.
  17. I'd recommend a shallower response curve in X-Plane control settings
  18. Does the backlight turn off when you hit the off button or is it just frozen on the green? Also, does the boot screen show before it goes solid green when turning on, or is just stuck at green?
  19. Hm, are there digit image files in the SR22 directory -> plugins/sr_systavi/resources/GTX330/
  20. Can you send a picture of what you mean by the screen being lit up in the dark but blank when powered on?
  21. Not seeing anything in the log to signify issues in the loading process. So hitting any of the buttons on the transponder (on/alt/etc.) don't do anything?
  22. This bit is interesting, not sure where the wires got crossed to trigger that -- one of our debugging steps from the beginning has been the copying over the TBM900 and I don't think anyones realized this explicitly till now. These things are hard to get picked up on our end for Linux given all the variations (I can probably count our Linux SR2X users on 1 hand). I'll put this on my list to look at what happened with that shipping Linux build of OpenGPWS.
  23. Try this out in the Entegra /plugins/sr_systavi/lin_x64. Regarding OpenGPWS not loading, that one would most likely be some sort of missing dependency on your system as it a third party plugin by Totoritko of HotStart. If you have the TBM or CL650, you can try copying over the OpenGPWS plugin from there, or you can try a version from here: https://github.com/skiselkov/opengpws/releases If this doesn't work, please send your full log.txt as there are crucial bits of other information besides the intial loading error that are being left out. 1559314776_Entegra1.0.3bLinuxsr_systavi.xpl.zip
  24. X-Plane should automatically introduce differential braking with that setup, changing the yaw axis control curve is another option.
  25. If that doesn't fix it, in order to debug what is going on, we will need you to send us a copy of the X-Plane log.txt file. You can find a guide to get this file here: How to find the X-Plane log.txt file?
