Hi, This is because you likely tried to manually uninstall the CRJ. This is a no-no! You must either use the uninstaller, or let the updater do the uninstall for you! Since you've gone this far, go into your main X-Plane folder and delete the CRJ uninstaller if it's still in there, then run the new 1.1 installer. I've got not one single open request. You may want to re-submit if you feel this is in error. Getting plenty of others no problem.

How did you make a post if the servers are down? If you read the locked topics you'd know WHY they are locked. Support requests are being answered within about 1-2 minutes as they come in at X-Aviation. Not sure where you're coming up with this assumption.

Hi guys, Can you all please specify whether you are in full screen or windowed mode? I have noticed before that if you do not have X-Plane as your active screen (as in browsing the internet as the CRJ loads) it can sometimes hang on initial load. Rare, but I've seen it happen.

So far this appears to be a Mac only issue, and only on some. We are having many successful updates on the server at the moment on Macs. I am also running the sam OS X version reported in these logs, so we'll need to investigate this some. Thanks for the reports, guys!

Hi, For troubleshooting purposes, please remove the following plugins from Resources/Plugins: AutoGateMac.xpl ClearSkies.xpl XPushBack.xpl Gizmo looks to be working right and should be there. Please report back when you remove the three plugins and see if you are still getting this issue.

All customers who have purchased the CRJ-200 up till now have been sent an e-mail by X-Aviation with complete installation instructions on how to update your product. We have made this a very simple process! For those that purchase the CRJ-200 from today forward, your purchased download will already be updated to version 1.1 for you. What if I didn't get the update e-mail? If you did not receive your update e-mail don't fret! X-Aviation has updated our system to allow all customers to update with ease, regardless of whether you received an e-mail for the update! Here's what to do: 1. Login to your X-Aviation account here: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/login.php 2. View your past order history invoice that contains the CRJ-200 purchase on it. 3. At the bottom of the invoice you will find a blue highlighted link to your update! The new installer will detect whether this is a new install, or if you already have the CRJ 1.0 installed. Depending on your current situation, the installer will run through the appropriate paths with you, including uninstalling all unnecessary items from the previous 1.0 version! There are some important fixes and requests implemented in this update.
