  1. Philipp will be here to answer systems questions soon. I'll have Javier look into your claim with the animations.
  2. Carlos, 1. Sounds like you do not have the alt pre-set correctly (please carefully follow the tutorial) 2. Be sure you are selecting the correct nav source (also in the tutorial) for the route to follow. If you do not have the correct nav source selected, intercepting the route will do nothing but go right through it.
  3. Ok, It does not work for me if directly linking to it, however, if you go here: http://www.jrollon.com/Matacan.html Scroll down to the Download icon, and click that...it should work just fine (works fin here). Let me know if you still have problems, and if so, I'll make a link from X-Aviation for you.
  4. Soon. Release dates are not given for various reasons. Disappointment being one of them. You'll get an update e-mail when it's released.
  5. I would help you with this, but I'm also having the same issue. Javier will be with you shortly!
  6. Yes and no. The aircraft itself will not be much different really. However, X-Plane 10 will demand more resources, and as such your hardware may perform a bit slower than with X-Plane 9. This is all subjective, however, as if you have some of the latest hardware out there you shouldn't see big issues.
  7. Phillip will be with you shortly on this, however, if I rember correctly the left display is knts, while the right is TAS. As such, the difference is accurately displayed.
  8. This is likely related to the same issue with FSUIPC and the x737 and will probably be addressed in the upcoming patch. Philipp will have the final word, so check back soon!
  9. Perry, I've just tested the CRJ with the HD 6750M on the Macbook Pro 15.4 inch. It's a 1GB graphics card, and the configuration I tested on is here: 2.2GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 4GB 1333MHz 750GB 5400-rpm1 Intel HD Graphics 3000 AMD Radeon HD 6750M with 1GB GDDR5 With the above setup, X-Plane and the CRJ with extreme res settings runs at a solid 70 fps, incredibly smooth avionics, and wonderful textures.
  10. As indicated in the post above, sending in a new support request if you have not received a reply within 24 hrs will do the trick.
  11. Damon, We are still investigating this further. Our last tests did show it working in 10.5.x, however, on your system it appears to be a possible culprit. I am curious...why is 10.6 out of the question for you? I'm trying to understand the logic here...
  12. Simon, 1. Uninstall the 2005 C++ programs/installs 2. Ensure you are up to date on Windows updates. If not, do so! 3. Uninstall CRJ 4. Re-install CRJ
  13. Are you saying that the aircraft won't operate on 10.5.8? As of right now, that sounds like the cause and source of your problem, yes. 10.6 is a relatively cheap update (very), and saves on a LOT of hard drive space. I recommend this update to ANYONE with a Mac and meets the system requirements for it! It also has enhanced graphic drivers, and should be used, in my opinion.
  14. As is specified in this post, no e-mail was sent. The only reason to get this patch, as stated above, is if you wish to have the Lufthansa livery or the paint kit. If neither of those interest you, then you can wait for the formal patch coming out that fixes actual bugs. What you refer to as "spammy" is not, and is seldom. I do suggest people get signed up for that newsletter, but that's solely your choice. PM's are not the best way to get a hold of me regarding X-Aviation stuff (get too many as it is), and if you feel the need to contact us or you feel you have not received a response within 24hrs, please do re-submit such a request! We answer all e-mails within minutes usually, but sometimes a few hours more.
  15. Yep. New update coming out soon with actual bug fixes anyhow. The only reason to get this patch is for the Lufthansa patch and paint kit. If you'd still like it you may write in to X-Aviation.
  16. Hello, It is up to you to keep your address up to date, not us! We only ship where orders are told to go. If you'd like to have this altered, then the proper place to do so would be the with the contact form on X-Aviation. We usually respond to all inquiries within minutes, but if you haven't received a reply within 24 hours please do send another. Downloads for these files are in fact delivered immediately and available here: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/account_download_keys.php

  18. It's only been published everywhere, including here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=2111.0 I suggest you read the topics rather than starting new one's. All of this stuff has pretty much been addressed.
  19. Ah, in that case... ...Just sayin'
  20. I suppose you could create an alpha channel of transparency for the tga file if you really want to get rid of the frame for the time being. You'll need something like Photoshop to do this.
  21. Can't speak for your FA friends, but a family member of mine who is an FA just laughed, and her friend who is an FA did as well. Funny that. Seems they're able to pick out a joke when they see one. Phew!
  22. Hi, Simbabeat, Welcome to the forums! Thanks for trying us out, and hope you enjoy your time here!
  23. Hi, No, we have not received any. We have received plenty of normal day to day submissions, so I'm not sure what's happening on your end. If you'd like, you can write an e-mail to: orders {at} x-aviation.com with the subject line: Enquiry from X-Aviation Doing so will create a ticket into the system. Best Regards, Cameron
  24. Please re-submit your request, as there is no record of submission from you in our support system. Thanks!
