  1. Yes, that's normal.
  2. Yes.
  3. Daniel, Everyone has the same file. It is obvious by your install files that it is all correct. Re-Downloading the file will not help your situation here. There is something more at play.
  4. I take it you have already both entered one anothers' IP addresses? If on the same internet connection, are you use you are entering your local network IP of each PC?
  5. Everything except for: gizmo.plugin and shrinkwrap.plugin
  6. Philipp was not asking you to remove plug-ins, Tom. He was asking you to leave the SID/STAR data alone....clean.
  7. We'll investigate this further. Thanks for the info.
  8. Thanks, Glen. We don't need any further info from you for now.
  9. Have you verified this at more than one airport?
  10. If you have selected a STAR then the MFD will update to include the distance for all paths enroute, thus adding more distance. You can mostly see this by scrolling each waypoint in the FMC and realize what's going on.
  11. Tristan, Perhaps you should read with a little more effort here. You have been going on all along in this topic about crashes with various selections in your FMS. The incorrect NavData can cause such crashes. Javier is in no way indicating this has anything to do with battery or map functionality. To add to that...he specifically quoted a person other than you. This is precisely why we have manuals, Tristan....for our customers to read! In specifics, page 18 of the CRJ flight tutorial (CRJ200_Tutorial_1.1.0.pdf). First bullet point.
  12. As this issue is now explained and solved, we will close this topic.
  13. If you have a backup of your old installer (1.3) you may indeed re-install it. We are not distributing this anymore on our end, however, and will not continue to support it.
  14. Flavio, This is X-Plane's rendering engine and not us. Likely a kink to be worked out in time.
  15. As this has now been solved, this topic is closed. Enjoy your flights!
  16. Glen, What does the route look like at the end of the plan on the map? Can you verify there is not additional lines showing in the map? There may be some hold/STAR lines being calculated here for some reason...
  17. Please post your crash_log.txt
  18. This is caused by having text size enlarged in Windows. You'll need to set your text size back to at max 100%. To do this: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Make-the-text-on-your-screen-larger-or-smaller Once you do this, re-run the installer. You will see that a password field is now also visible. The error you are getting is because you are entering a user email, but no password since the larger text is pushing it off the window.
  19. Please create a new topic for this if you don't have one already. It's not properly organized for support in this topic.
  20. The post you are responding to is from June.... That said, this method is still the recommended course of action when you have a crash happening.
  21. Recommended course of action: Help us help you.
  22. Same place it's been since the release of the product and is covered in a few documentation sections. http://www.navigraph...www/default.asp
