  1. Nice work, Pete! This project has been a long time coming, and I remember you saying you had been building a framework for this, but looking at these screenshots it appears you have taken a different direction again and are perhaps using SASL now...is that correct? Just curious if you ran into some kind of stumbling blocks along the way that would provoke the change from binary to lua?

    Chat?!?!

This is back in working order.
  3. Hi, there....ok, please read all below! Warning: /Volumes/SSD/X-Plane 10/Resources/plugins/mac.xplYou should pay attention to this. Please delete this and then re-install AirTrack properly. Loaded: /Volumes/SSD/X-Plane 10/Resources/plugins/Xsaitekpanels/mac.xplPlease temporarily remove this plugin from your plugins directory for testing purposes. Loaded: Custom Scenery/USA_FL_KVPS_Eglin AFB-Northwest Florida Rgnl v 3.0 /plugins/GroundTraffic/mac.xpl.Please go to an airport without plug-ins (like KSEA) Loaded: /Volumes/SSD/X-Plane 10/Aircraft/General Aviation/Carenado A36 Bonanza/plugins/sasl/64/mac.xpl.Please use a default aircraft instead of a payware one. Loaded: /Volumes/SSD/X-Plane 10/Resources/plugins/CustomSBDatarefs004/64/mac.xpl.Please temporarily remove this plugin from your plugins folder. Now, does it load and work? If so, logically deduct and add back things to the equation one at a time.
  4. As has been addressed above, ALL the knobs mentioned here "not working" do indeed work. X-Plane has always had a very finicky manipulator animation system, and angles of camera play a big role in that. Sometimes a plus value will go negative, but then you adjust the angle of the camera and the value will go back to normal as intended. Rule of thumb being...if you have an issue, adjust camera view (even a slight view adjustment). We will look into fine tuning this a bit more with custom code. Laminar has confirmed this as a known X-Plane bug since version 9 now. It has to do with 3D space calculation. Anyways, I can verify everything IS working as advertised.
  5. Derek, Be fair here. You sent in more e-mails within a matter of an hour than I care to count. You've already been responded to, and same day at that.
  6. Hello, all, This will serve as a formal forum announcement that we have released the version 1.4 update for the Douglas DC-3. 7. Default clouds no different. Might be a good time for you to nudge Laminar. Show a screenshot to better describe your issue.
  8. It's over two years old, Albert.
  9. Indeed...as mentioned, SASL and Gizmo do NOT have issues running together. In X-Plane 9 days they did, but this has now been solved for well over a year.
  10. Are you talking about a comparison of "water world" to that of an area with default scenery? If so, yes...very normal.
  11. We're continually working to improve, so just stay tuned. Glad you're enjoying the product!
  12. None of which merits the poor attitude shown by a select few individuals here. Thanks for posting coherently.
  13. Fooled about what? To be exact, what investment of money do you currently have invested into this product? I'm not following you here. I'm pretty sure I just gave some insight into this product in the very post you are quoting. It was pure truth. Given that you don't have any idea into what has gone on behind the scenes, I'd say you have little say as to what is or is not truth at this point. When it's released you can then chastise all you want. Until then, your investment in this product is nowhere near that of the costs we have incurred through development. That's the truth!
  14. Anthony, Unfortunately we are unable to offer activation related support within the forum. Please use the contact form on X-Aviation. If you have already done so, thanks, and we'll get to you as soon as your ticket pops up in the queue.
  15. AJ, No, Gizmo is universally the same, so install as you please. If you run into issues, see below text... Re-install SkyMaxx Pro.
  16. I think you're fully capable of being much more mature than this.
  17. SkyMaxx Pro is not a weather injector. It only reads what X-Plane fetches, so something like this will either come from Laminar or a different product!
  18. You don't need to see updates to know anything, guys. This is an unreleased product that owes nothing to anyone but ourselves. We are indebted to no one so long as we are not taking anyone's money There have been a ton of things happening with this product behind the scenes. Things that will add a lot of value to you, and the result worth waiting for. We do appreciate the enthusiasm and even frustration though. It's a signal that people want it, so it's exciting on our side to know what's coming and what we're changing to make it even better.
  19. What are you asking for? The equivalent of NOAA? Proper weather injectors are no easy task and if one were to ever come about I would anticipate it to be a product of its own.
  20. This may be the cause. We have some updated OGL code in the upcoming 1.2 update, so this may already be fixed for the next update.
  21. Can you please uninstall SkyMaxx and see if the problem persists? Also, are you on Mac or Win?
  22. Follow the instructions in the first post.
  23. Likely not. Cirrus clouds are generally quite high, and traditionally thin overall. We're focused on performance, and the current cirrus solution works just fine for that. We'll keep it in mind if we ever find ways to get more optimizations in, but again, I wouldn't bank on this one.
  24. Yes, you can do this.
