  1. So you're satisfied if this doesn't get "fixed" then? After all, this is not a quest for perfection. By this point you had altered settings in the config files, which we do not support. From the looks of it, the clouds occlude the sun rays, which then allows the sun to be seen again behind a cloud. When centered right at the sun, the rays are occluding the sun, thus no image is shown.
  2. Toby, SkyMaxx Pro will automatically take care of this at each X-Plane start. You can let the X-Plane installer replace these files without consequence.
  3. Sir, no offense, but the "perfection" you seek is not what modern day computers running flight simulation software are properly capable of. I'm sorry if you're finding this unsatisfactory, but the level of expectations need to be kept within reason. If you lack technical knowledge on reasons why certain things aren't done (which I assume you do), then I imagine this will be very disappointing to you.
  4. This may be a draw order issue which cannot be worked around due to limitations on X-Plane. I cannot say for sure. Frank will know more. Then again, the sun also appears higher in angle and this may not be a bug or limitation at all.

  6. This has always been this way, just as in the real aircraft.
  7. According to the log you are running X-Plane 11. This is not supported.

It will download as the latest version! The following is a list of additions/fixes included: What's New / Changed: Fixed bug in Fire Extinguisher logic. Added XP version 11 incompatibility warning. Your feedback about this update in v10 will help us fix bugs prior to release of the patch in X-Plane v11. Adjusted fuel logic to fix engine “run-on” with non-start. Fixed bug when pressing Vert Sync button on yoke. Added restriction to ALT selector init. Condition Lever Joystick assignment has been redesigned. Users can now simply assign their joystick(s) to “prop1” for the left condition lever and to “prop2” for the right condition lever. Increased number of (Nav) charts to 10. Adjusted GPWS Mode 4A logic to prevent inadvertent “TOO LOW GEAR” warning on second and subsequent takeoffs during same sim/Saab session. Fixed incorrect scroll wheel mapping that appeared when displaying WXR on CoPilot EHSI. Added User Pref for GPS course pop-up display. ACF hydraulic system logic adjustment Changed engine rotation to allow for Laminar torque fix. Changed logic for prop_mode assignment Revised logic for hydraulic relay and pump Added new logic for nose wheel steering (requires Tiller to be in “ON” position to enable steering and restricts steering when aircraft is not moving). Fixed bug where the gear was able to be extended/retracted with the locking pins where still in place. Fixed bug in right engine throttle logic. Fixed bug in right generator annunciator logic. Fixed a bug in the CONFIG system preventing proper warning. Fixed bug in cockpit hatch animation. Fixed bug in prop disc rotation code. Changed hydraulic qty gauge animation. Changed font path reference for G530 Fixed bug in sound engine reporting false errors. Modified logic for ITT to simulate asymmetry between engines. Transponder manipulator logic fixed to prevent digits greater than 7. Scripts version is now written to the logs. Fixed drawing of OpenGL text/lines onTQ Viewer GUI . Fixed bug where wind vector was not displayed on the CoPilot EHSI. Corrected HSI NAV1 and GPS course handling and interaction. OBS OPERATIONAL NOTE: OBS Mode must be TURNED OFF when the Saab is loaded. If it is ON you will need to turn it off and then reload the aircraft. In addition, using the OBS button on the GPS pop-up will cause conflicts with the Saab manipulator systems, you should only use the OBS button on the 3D Garmin 530 in the cockpit. Not following these instructions will cause improper operation of the OBS (Course1) dial and the EHSI (Course1) display. These requirements may be lifted in the future when we get the needed DataRefs from Laminar. As always, thanks for being a customer with X-Aviation. We appreciate your feedback and support! Enjoy these latest updates, and stay tuned to the forum as we continually announce the latest happenings.
  9. No, there will be no in-sim notifications. We have always alerted customers to updates via X-Pilot and E-Mail simultaneously.
  10. Let's stop running around in circles here. Read this very thread if you're somehow confused. Deep down you seem to know what's up and were initially just trying to be "smart" with your link to software reply. That's enough, really. If this spirals further we're just going to close up this thread.
  11. No one said anyone was having an issue. I'm not sure why you even tried to make a suggestion for some software that won't integrate or do what we need it to or what our own coded software already does. There's new code being built for future updates, including this one. Morten already discussed that in this thread, and that's all there is to it.
  12. What kind of question is that? Did you somehow think we left out half the market?
  13. Were you somehow left with the impression that we're looking for Windows only install building software that won't work for our Mac customers? We're not looking to solve a problem, nor are we interested in a different solution.
  14. Without getting too technical as to the reasons it can't be done, that's a big no.
  15. That wrong assumption is precisely why comments should not be made. There's nothing "used before" about it. Expect it within the next few weeks.
  16. Cameron

    Xplane 11?

    2.0 will not be soon.
  17. Exclusions do exist for a reason.
  18. Okay, you don't have to believe me about what X-Plane controls.
