  1. Hi, all, X-Aviation is present this year at the Oshkosh show which started today and extends through the week. We'll have plenty of product on sale if you're looking to come by! Check us out alongside Laminar in hangar B and say "Hi!" Additionally, X-Aviation had the pleasure of creating a customized solution of hydro dynamics, object scenery, and customized terrain mesh for Icon Aircraft! Go check out their booth this year to see their awesome aircraft in person and fly around in the two motion sims we helped develop! Pics to follow soon...

  5. SOCAL is still planned.
  6. Ah, ok. I knew I had it rightly remembered in my head. As an extension, yes...included with? No.
  7. He did?
  8. The first update will come without the autopilot and ADF. You should be good to go once it's realeased!
  9. ...and that's nice. but problem is: red nav light is always on, even when turned off. Hi, guys, We'll look into this. That's definitely a weird one, as X-Plane controls nav lights itself, and we have not created any custom exterior lights on this aircraft. Thanks for the patience.
  10. Due to a crazy workload and limited time to devote while prepping for a few other things, I can't do so right now. It's a bit more technical than a notepad to do list that can be copied and pasted. I'll see if I can't get Airbus to put it up. When I get around to it, I'll do so, though I think that if further things are no longer immediately visible and reports die down, we'll be just fine.
  11. Hi, Alex, no, and it's already been added to the list.
  12. Hi, there, Thanks for the feedback. Added to the list to look over.
  13. Hi, Markus, Thanks for that. I can look a little more into the dark cockpit issue, however, having two machines here it always seems to be the Mac displays darker colors than that of the PC. We try to find the best match without blowing things out too much, and one of our challenges was actually the textures in this aircraft to get them right. We really do like the outcome though! I will certainly try, but I'm not sure what we'll be able to do for the darkness issue you are experiencing. It looks really quite nice with a gamma setting of 2 on my primary desktop.
  14. Hey, Markus, Are you saying that the carb heat says a label pull = on, but it is simulated differently when pulled than what the label says, or that this is not true to life? Thanks for all the feedback here, guys! All of these comments will help to make the product better. It's been a crazy last month at X-Aviation, most of which is behind the scenes with some very exciting developments and work that has tied us up almost exclusively. We were able to slip this Cessna out just barely under the radar, but we'll soon divulge more info on what we've been up to, and what we'll be doing later in the week. Your continued support for our products is amazing, and we sure do appreciate it beyond comprehension!
  15. Hi, Matthias, No, it does not work on MSFS, nor do we have intentions of doing so. We specialize in X-Plane add-ons and are very familiar with the development phases for it, and appreciate the fact that it is a still in production platform. If you'd like our version of the CRJ, you'll have to purchase X-Plane.
  16. Well, that's no fun, but glad you're able to get it to enjoy!

  18. Hi, there!, We'll be more than happy to assist you with this. If you can't manage to download the file now, please simply contact us when you're available to by going here: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php We'll get you back on track and set up with a renewed link without issue!
  19. Looks like Joe was able to order it today prior to your post, Markus. Not sure what he did, but maybe he can shed some light!
  20. Hey, Henry, You should definitely not be seeing the FPS issues you are with the aircraft. It really is a pretty "smooth" ride! The light switch is intentionally not there for taxi. There are a couple there that are placeholders for upgrades. This was based off a real aircraft selected, and it's an obvious way for Cessna to keep costs down to a customer, but allow for an easy upgrade should they want it. You'll notice a cutout section for the taxi light in the cowling for a taxi light, though no light there. You shouldn't have any issues with the strobes though. Please ensure you are treating them as manipulators and clicking, holding, and dragging (flipping) rather than just clicking on the switch!
  21. Hey, Joe, Unfortunately there's not much I can offer in assistance other than our discussion already had in Skype. This always comes down to a personal computer issue and not a store issue. As you can see, many people purchasing successfully already!
  22. Hi, Jacoba, The app extension is an actual application file, just like Safari, iChat, etc. The .dmg files are images, and are equivalent to things like a virtual CD in your drive. You should not be seeing the .app extension there. Normally OS X hides that, and that definitely may be a great place to start. Thanks for sharing that information! In the meantime, please see the response to your e-mail support request, and if you don't mind, I may pick your brain on this a little more as I continue to investigate and solve this issue so we can prevent it in the future.
  23. Hi, Jacoba, I trust your abilities with your own computer, and understand things can happen. We'll definitely make our best effort to get to the root cause of the issue you have experienced!
  24. Hi, Jacoba, Okay, I'll help you better sort this out. Can you please submit a ticket in the system here to further assist you?: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php Please be sure to include your order #! Thanks!
  25. Jacoba, Perhaps try a restart of the computer? I presume you are, but are you logged in as an admin? I have just double checked the installer on my Snow Leopard install, and also had a fellow developer run a Mac test earlier in the day. Aside from that, plenty of Mac customers so far! Which version of Snow Leopard are you running?
