  1. Great! Philipp will look into this shortly.
  2. Unfortunately this is not helpful without the log.txt and crash log.
  3. This topic has been moved to Canadair CRJ-200. [iurl]http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=2772.0[/iurl]
  4. Indeed.
  5. Hey, All, Being more on the development and customer service side I don't get to "fly" all that much these days anymore. It's been a very long time since I've really got to sit down and enjoy the awesome creations that come out of the X-Aviation factory! That said, I took a small bit of time out tonight to do a flight from Miami to Orlando with the Take Command! CRJ-200 and the RealScenery Florida scenery. Hope you enjoy!
  6. Due to the proximity of X-Plane 10, no.
  7. Nice screenshots, guys!

    A/T

We're not implementing this. It's been discussed, and we made our decision long before it was released, and shortly after. Our CRJ mimics factory shipped models. All 99.9% of them you see on the market. To this day I have still not seen an airline utilize this, and even then I don't see the "need" for it given the use of this aircraft in day to day operations. We're going for majority here. A/T in the CRJ in real life operations loses that battle. Sorry if this is not to your liking!
  9. Airports really aren't moved unless they are small, rural one's that are off in comparison to their REAL world position. Most of the bigger airports are just adjustments to the shape in X-Plane of the taxiways, but in the end everything still lines up perfectly. Provided that scenery makers used real world positioning for their objects you should have NO problems at all. Every MSFS scenery I have tried over RealScenery has meshed perfectly thus far, and I think you'll find this the case with things you convert or move into the scenery folder as well.
  10. Tom, If that's the case then you have your x737 installed wrong. You should NOT have the x737 plug-in installed into the global X-Plane plug-ins folder, but in the actual x737 folder.
  11. Not really true, actually. I do have a MacBook Pro 2.2 Ghz i7 that runs the CRJ at a very smooth, non-laggy 60-65 fps on extreme settings. Suffice to say, depending on the processor, 2.2 can be plenty.
  12. What is the video card in this laptop?
  13. This is not enough information. What are your system specs?
  14. Nice work, Javier! Thanks for sharing!
  15. Rami, Due to American holiday there is a delay in response time. I'm not quite clear on why you think there's an email you should have received. We do not set customer passwords...you do. If you failed to remember your own password and requested a password change but have not received the new password then a support ticket is in order. Considering it sounds like you have submitted a support ticket you're patience is appreciated while we answer customers who have waited in front of you. No preferential treatment is given. Thank you!
  16. Read the blog that suggests such things just as Morten did.
  17. Hi, Oliver, As stated, unless the following topic is followed we cannot easily assist with this matter: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=2486.0 There are guidelines and topics as well as what to post in those topics to help us assist with such an issue. Thanks!
  18. Depends on the circumstances. It's generally preferred, but there are cases on non-exclusivity even at X-Aviation. In the instance of the Q400 I don't believe that is the case. Armchair is Jack/Joe's site, and considering it's presumably to be sold on both sites it's not an exclusivity deal. This could just as easily have to deal with a description revision as I stated above.
  19. I was directly answering your comment of: "I was under the impression that it was only sold at armchair aviation."
  20. Where a developer sells their product is their choice. If Jack chooses to sell at the org and also distribute on his own site (armchair) then he felt it right to do. No idea on why it would appear and disappear. Perhaps it was pre-maturely released, or they are altering descriptive info on the product. No idea! Best of luck on the Q400 sales, guys.
  21. Hi, Oliver, I know this defies your price budget, but I highly do suggest the Bose A20. They run more expensive, but you WILL appreciate your investment if you plan to stick with flying. Odd as it may be, on longer flights they also help with fatigue. There are many other noise cancel headsets out there, some cheaper, but I have found Bose to be the best in selection. No, I'm not a Bose "fanboy." Considering your budget, Bose has a nice no-interest program, and it is NOT credit or a credit card. They are simple monthly payments that don't require any kind of application or acceptance into the program, and because it's not a form of credit it does not require a credit check or affect your credit score at all. Looking at their site right now, they have two options. The lowest option is $91.33/month for 12 months. By the end of your payments, you end up paying the exact same amount you would have if you pre-bought at the regular price (well...kind of...it's a one penny difference). You should definitely check this out if you're serious about keeping your flying career going for the foreseeable future! They'll last you a very long time!

  23. Read my post above, Steven. There are reasons and logistics involved. I lightly touched on this as to reasons why it's not done in that way. As a customer it may never make sense. As someone involved very directly to what's going on with Gizmo it makes perfect sense. It is what it is, and I believe very firmly in my post just above yours. Good on ya for your purchase. Thanks for supporting Ben's efforts!
  24. You'll find that the Saab is heavily optimized and will perform very well (much better than even the CRJ, actually). No need to even worry about it.
  25. That "register Gizmo" screen should not be coming up. Something is definitely going wrong with your installation...missing files somewhere, or outdated files somehow. If this problem persists, please contact X-Aviation for further assistance: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php
