  1. Hey, there, Just as a test...can you try installing this on your C:\ drive?
  2. Outside of what the other guys have already said here, the news was also posted on the homepage, Perry. - http://www.x-pilot.com
  3. Hi, Valentin, After going over your specs and looking at the screenshots, this is a relatively clear indication of your computer being on the brink of memory "overdose." The aircraft you are loading in mixed with Gizmo and other plugins running globally are chewing up your relatively lower end system. Sometimes we all have to face the fact that we don't have the high end machine anymore (done that twice this year myself already!) and are faced with "dealing with it" or buying a new system. I assume that if you could be afforded the opportunity to purchase a new system you would, but I'm sure there's some reasons which do not need to be explained here as to why you can't or haven't. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be much I or others can do to help you at the moment. I certainly wish I could say otherwise, however, I am confident in telling you that the moment you are able to upgrade your system and do so, your issues related to this will simply disappear. All the best, Cameron
  4. Valentin, Yes, Gizmo is utilized here. No, it doesn't do as you assert in terms of its functionality (doesn't come close to it), so while your problem may go away without Gizmo present, there is likely something else you have conflicting with this issue as well. Unfortunately, there's not a whole lot to go off of based on your description here, and as this is the first time we're ever hearing of this I don't believe it's a wide spread issue. If you're willing to help us, we'd love to get involved in this to help you! A great test would be to install X-Plane's demo version as a clean install somewhere on your computer. After that, install ONLY the CRJ (this will install Gizmo as well), and see if the livery switching issue still happens in that instance. Thanks for any info you can help to provide! P.S. Can you please shed info as to what your system hardware specs are? To be very frank, this sounds more like a lower end hardware issue that's getting it's memory pushed to the max rather than a specific issue correlated to Gizmo itself.
  5. Hi, there, For personal use we allow you up to three installs at any given time for our products. Looks like you'll be covered with only one purchase. For commercial use we have a completely different pricing structure.
  6. Hi, there. Thanks for chiming in! Mountain regions look particularly stunning with scenery like this. Reno was a great example of that, and Oahu just as well! Check out the galleries on X-Aviation.com to see some examples. In the coming days we'll begin adding more galleries up for NORCAL. I'll definitely keep everyone updated as we progress towards release!
  7. X-Aviation will be selling X-Plane 10. Aerosoft will be handling European distribution, and the only difference will be the actual box content and graphics. The actual media will be the same on the US and European versions. There are still some unannounced items, and I don't wish to talk about them simply because everything is still under consideration. It's just being published by them, however, is the same one that's been shown off by Alfredo at the org for months now.
  8. These guys have been around for months for X-Plane. None the less, nice to see them keep up with the upgrades.
  9. Fantastic news, Keith. Congratulations!
  10. Hi, Pauly, Believe it or not, there is often times an INCREASE in FPS with RealScenery products. The reason for this is due to the multiple layers that are normally present to create default X-Plane scenery not being present at all. Instead, we bake these textures in from the core, thus causing none to less FPS impact!
  11. Thanks for the update! Glad this is solved.
  12. Nice screenshot, Will.
  13. This should not be happening, and there is most certainly something else at play here. The navigraph updates don't even have anything to do with the aircraft folder itself. I have just updated to the latest cycle of navdata on both Mac and PC and cannot replicate this. Can you update to your latest and then open X-Plane and the CRJ, and then upload your log.txt file located in your main X-Plane directory, please?
  14. Different setups on Mac, Windows, and Linux, Max. Gizmo is required on the first two.
  15. I do believe Simon put that on there himself. Likely to be a silly joke.
  16. Been out since July 6th, Simon.
  17. Hello, It is possible that you have installed an aircraft with a non-up-to-date version of Gizmo, or something installed it for you. Pleas re-install your CRJ-200 and this should fix the problem.
  18. Hi, Can you please further clarify what you mean? It doesn't ask for an activation key, but instead it asks you to enter in your X-Aviation customer details. It's as simple as that.
  19. Thomas, I've sent you an e-mail with your new password reset. Please let me know if you do not receive this. As for the DMG...we do not ship a DMG in our zip file, so perhaps you have the wrong file? It should be a zip file with an installer inside of it. Hope I've been able to help you figure this out! Please let me know if you need any further assistance!
  20. Hola, La descarga se ha restablecido y ahora debería ser capaz de actualizar. Gracias!
  21. Thomas, You'll need to re-run the installer on your new setup. You can not simply drag and drop the CRJ over, as the installation is a complex one. For activation, all you need is the same e-mail and password you use to login here: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/login.php
  22. Users may upload up to 30MB in images (just around it anyhow), with a single file being UP TO 16MB. The 500kb restriction was left behind for the normal members group, which has now been changed. Everyone should be equal now.
  23. I'm open to hearing users opinions, but in reality 500kb in itself is quite large for a single file! That said, the max filesize upload allowed on the server right now is 16MB.
  24. Hi, there, Can't say I can replicate this but will try and get more info on the situation for you.
  25. Hi, David, Welcome to X-Pilot! Thanks for joining us here. The developers of this product have an ongoing topic located here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?/topic/254-dash-8-q400/page__st__280 Your question would be better suited in that topic, as the developers will tend to monitor questions about this product more there.
