  1. Rich, Yes, SMP controlling its own destiny would ultimately provide the best result. Trust me when I say we're very well aware of it.
  2. Please attach your log.txt file located in your X-Plane folder.
  3. That's really bizarre. What brand?
  4. Stefano, Due to limitations in the X-Plane SDK, the surrounding clouds around you are depicted on your current METAR positions. Far out formations will not remain. This has been around since v1 of SMP, and is simply because we don't have the access we need at this time to correct the behavior. We have a few ideas in place to solve this. They are major workarounds, but for now things are status quo and what you're seeing is nothing new.
  5. Yes.
  6. Surely you can adjust a slider on your own in live time and see the difference if you so desire? Screenshots aren't going to change much, and because it's a slider it's not as if you'll be able to get the slider to "exactly" where you saw it in a manuals' screenshots. Anyways, I'll let Frank answer the rest here.
  7. X-Plane's VRAM numbers in the rendering window are NOTHING to go by. SkyMaxx Pro actually does API calls TO your video card to get true numbers. Rendering settings numbers are essentially junk, so what SMP 3 says you have...is what you have.
  8. SkyMaxx Pro 3 was NOT made with any one weather injector in mind, so I'm not entirely clear where you got that from. We are aware of FS Global Weather, but of course we're not responsible for how it decides when/where/how to load X-Plane weather. You'd need to take that up with them (even though I realize this is an informational post).
  9. Aside from the original poster, what are your monitor setups?
  10. Almost undoubtedly 3 monitors is the issue here. That's major cause for fill rate issues! You'd probably be shocked as a fun test to see how much better your performance is on just one monitor (even if this is not practical for you).
  11. What does the SMP 3 settings window show for your memory usage?
  12. And to that I will say I'm sorry, but we answer in order received. You have done exactly the opposite now of what the contact page states when it comes to sending in multiple e-mails (and even then you got a reply last night). This is a very busy time at the moment.
  13. Use the contact form on X-Aviation.
  14. You need to relax. You got a reply last night. Quit acting like you're being ignored. The world is not ending here. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I again bring your attention to the text on the contact page: "We will reply as soon as we are able and will endeavor to reply within 3 days, but usually quicker. Please do not send multiple e-mails or this will delay our response to you!"
  15. So why don't you check the log to see if it was the cause? Log.txt file is located in your X-Plane folder. It will say SilverLining crashed if SMP was the cause (which I doubt).
  16. Has zero to do with SkyMaxx Pro.
  17. One license will work on your networked setup.
  18. Have you read what the contact form says about how long to possibly get back to you? No, it's not collapsed. Yes, it's EXTREMELY busy.
  19. Hi there, Please have a look at the explanation here.
  20. Hi Folks, A temporary fix for this is in place. The reason? The store has been flooded with so many orders that the send mail server to send order invoices and contact form inquiries put a spam/bot hold on us. There are just THAT many orders coming in and the demand is very high. In the meantime, plus submit support ticket issues to: support@x-aviation.com
  21. I have already done so in this topic. I don't know what or where the heck you sent anything to, but it definitely wasn't X-Aviation.
  22. What in the world is that? It looks nothing like something our support ticket numbers would be....
  23. What is your support ticket ID? I see nothing from you.
  24. Contact support with more specifics. Why would you do that and not contact support to sort through it instead? Seems a little backwards!
