Gents As per title, I can't submit my order or a support ticket as I keep getting the following error message: "SMTP Error: Data not accepted. Next time the discount code didn't apply and so the order would only quote the full price of 39.95. Then when I tried to submit my support ticket I got the above message again. Any ideas?

Understood. The default weather is just about passable these days anyway, especially in the US, and I generally don't go up high enough to need winds aloft.

The fog and full cloud layers look stunning; from the pictures and video well worth the $20 to upgrade. A couple of questions: - it has mie scattering - will SMP 3.0 work with the RTH plugin? The reason I ask is that has a setting for mie scattering as well. - have there been any changes in 10.40 allowing SMP to get data from plugin weather engines like NOAA or even FS Global when it becomes available? Not a deal breaker, just interested.

Problems aside I'm glad you're alive and the project is ongoing. Because I want it.

I've put in a lot more time with it now the frames have improved. And they really have improved, to the point it's one of my smoother rides. It's allowed me to enjoy some of the extra little effects like the automatic checklist and the views. Really nice for people who usually can't spare time to sit down with more complex systems. And the modelling / textures / sounds really are drop-dead gorgeous. It's quickly becoming my favourite plane. Now if they could just put some cockpit glass in...(ducks).

Better frames, consistently nice panel textures, sounds etc. Nice update. But seriously, still no cockpit glass?! This is the only payware plane I have with empty spaces between the cockpit struts. Why go to so much trouble recreating lovely little nicks and wear and tear on the fascia surfaces, only not to spend the hour or two it would take to put some visible sense of glass in the windshields?

Well I hope you guys sort something out because I've started to get a bit disillusioned with SMP. Yes, it certainly does produce some very pretty cumulus clouds but I get the feeling that's all it really does. I understand it might be limitations which are outside your control at the moment, but the endless 'pretty cumulus clouds everywhere or nothing at all' nature of the SMP experience has become quite wearing. So do please consider a solution which gets a weather engine to place clouds properly, and not just cumulus clouds. What SMP does show it shows brilliantly, but it does seem to be essentially a pretty cumulus injector and it should be so much more...

Although the box is always ticked, cloud shadows never appear on startup for me, but appear immediately if I open the configuration menu and just close it (even without altering anything). Any advice?

Yeah, I can get pretty good performance with lower-spec tech (over clocked i5, 770 4GB, 16GB Ram) and higher settings so surprised you're having a difficult time. Actually your SkyMaxx settings already look pretty low (no cloud shadows, no godrays, really low cloud detail). Lots of users have reported stuttering and FPS issues with newer drivers. Have you tried rolling back to 337.88 which seems to be the last generally stable one?

Yep, one with more than just two seasons and changed automatically according to real world conditions. And didn't need so much installation fuss. Not to say that all of this sudden interest in seasons is unwelcome...

Any movement on this John? The Russian textures are an interesting stopgap but they lack variety (particularly noticeable in Autumn) and I'm sure you have something better up your sleeve.

I've been feeling the same; SMP does cumulus and cirrus great but stratus clouds need some work...
