Not sure about the LCD panel technology itself, however each are 768x1024 pixel resolution in real life and around 13–14” diagonal size. In the sim they’re rendered as a 2x density texture, I.e. 1536x2048. Hope that helps.

We'll be integrating it once X-Plane provides the SDK for doing so!
