  1. Hello, All! It's time we post another progress shot batch, so we hope you enjoy these! The Saab 340A project is really coming along nicely. The 3D, texturing, and programming of this product is stunning, and again, we can't re-iterate enough how excited we are to get this out to you! You'll note a few fun things in these screenshots, including the 3D prop at all angles (X-Plane traditionally renders this as flat from the side) thanks to some programming, as well as the various systems at different stages of flight. We've even thrown in a shot to give a glimpse of the ground vehicles, cones, etc. that will ship with this product. As usual, this is all work in progress and some things are prone to change or improvement as we work towards the end of the production phase. Want to see past previews? Click here, here, here, here, and here! Enjoy!

  2. Thisis an A4 E Skyhawk This is the only aircraft that I have flown in X-Plane for over a year now and it is one I have developed. it is 90% complete all that's left to do is map some cockpit instruments over my 3-D geometry and I can offer this for sale to the community. Just thought i'd add this is an actual Xplane screenshot with slightly darkened background.

  3. Hi all, I come in search of X-Plane experts! We (Just Flight) are currently in the process of modifying our existing FSX 800XP BizJet (http://www.justflight.com/product/800xp-bizjet) for use in X-Plane 10. As our main expertise lie in the area of Microsoft Flight Simulator, I am looking for some X-Plane addicts to assist us with the testing of the aircraft. As well as spotting any bugs we would be looking for general feedback on any areas that could be improved (within the limiations of X-Plane). Here are a few preview images of the aircraft in X-Plane 10: If you would be interested in helping us, please contact me - martyn[at]justflight.com Thanks Martyn

  5. Flying north toward the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport (KSJC). The colorful salt evaporators of south San Francisco Bay are visible in the distance. The Interstate-880 freeway, also known as the Nimitz freeway, is seen as the dominant roadway on the south side of the airport, near the bottom of the image.

  6. The aircraft was piloted by a 20-year-old trainee pilot and he survived with slight injuries. He earlier contacted the Airport air traffic controller stating that he had encountered engine problem. Old pilot saying: "A good landing is any landing you can walk away from. A great landing is one where you can reuse the airplane." http://i.imgur.com/qtSErQT.jpg

  10. Thats bad to hear. One of my worst fears with my PC is to turn it on and then notice i got a corruption in my Windows installation. Hope you find an easy way to fix it!! And looks like you already learned Portuguese! You're welcome.

  11. Hahaha. Thanks scuba. Chuck - this is an absolutely huge airport. Heh YSSY comparable, if not larger by a significant fraction. In conparison Sydney was 6+ months as I recall This will take a comparable ammount of time, if not moreso. We also have a few other projects on the go in parallel / simultaneously with this one. It'll be a toss up as to which one will get finished first, depending on resourcing. (hah, now I sound like a project manager ). We will keep the community posted as we progress. There's a lot if things we wish to do with an overall Toronto-area GTA scenery that are still in planning phases. The airport will simply be the centrepiece of a larger, more comprehensive scenery package as we're envisioning it upon release.
